this would have been a better experience if Viator had mapped out hotel stops the night before and given customers a 30 min window that was more accurate. We and other attendees had to be ready 7-7:30 but most of waited as the bus 30 or more minutes as the bus picked up people from numerous hotels. This was aggravating. We could have had more time to eat breakfast and get ready in the AM. Rachel was nice and informative as tour guide.

To clarify, Stonehenge itself was not terrible - the tour operator’s logistics, delivery and execution of this excursion were terrible and I absolutely do not recommend. Problems included: - got picked up (earlier than expected!) at 6:50am for an expected 8am departure from a separate location - after 8, we loaded our luggage and boarded a bus, only to be told it was the wrong bus (our bus wasn’t there). We unloaded and had to wait outdoors in the cold for the correct bus to arrive - the trip to Stonehenge was uneventful and our tour guide was fine - however, upon arrival at Southampton, they didn’t have the correct pier information and took us to the wrong ship. - after finally arriving at the correct dock/ship, they told us we didn’t have to handle our luggage; it would automatically arrive in our cabins. Thankfully we waited to confirm our luggage came off the bus properly - because some of it was not unloaded from the bus (there were people/luggage from multiple cruise ships) - contrary to expectations, we were then told we would have to take our luggage to a separate area for it to be loaded on the ship This whole trip was a cluster from the beginning and services were not provided as described. I absolutely would NOT recommend this tour operator!! Also, I traveled with adult family members , which was not an option to select below

If I knew that we would be picked up at 7 AM and would be picking up others until 10:30, I would never have gone on this tour! Over 5 hours on the bus for about 1 hour and 15 minutes at Stonehenge

The pick up at our hotel was seemless and on time. Our guide, Jenn, was very knowledgeable and patient. Our driver Carl was great and got us safely to the cruise terminal. We never had to touch our luggage once we left our hotel. It was a perfect tour at Stonehenge.

Terrific Tour Guide “Ginny” and Bus Driver Ron. Both knowledgeable and full of humour. Stonehenge of course is the highlight. It was a spiritual experience. We didn’t get the headphones for the audio tour but I would recommend that. Perfect having our luggage handled for us also. I’m rating it a 10.
