Always a great show and it did not disappoint. Keeps you laughing through out. If you’re ex-Mormon it is offensive, but if you get past those moments. It will crack you up with many things that are right on point with Mormon culture.

Hysterically funny and totally unwoke show. The songs & music made me tap my feet. Actors were wonderful. Prince of Wales Theatre was a very nice venue. Service very good. Bathroom facilities were very clean. Cannot recommend this show highly enough.

I can not believe that with the Black Lives Matter Campaign we are still allowing such horrific depictions of those of colour. Some people have said it was satire - I felt it was dreadful. To make fun of horrific issues such as AIDS and FGM was devastating. This was nothing but a racist musical that had me squirming in my seat as those around me clapped and laughed. The musical is based on the church of the Latter Day Saints, (Mormons), who whilst are not Christian - as a Christian myself I found the depiction of God and Jesus Christ offensive.

What an absolute riot from minute 1 until the end. Prince or Wales theatre is a perfect venue for this mad hat show. We were quite close to the front in the stall but the theatre offers great vantage from everywhere. The players, set and music were superb. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for a brilliant West End experience.

It s the story of two mormonboys who are send on a mission to Africa. Boring you think? Not at all, because from day one all goes wrong. The humor is so over it, that you will laugh from the first minutes till the last. The music mostly refers naughty to other musicals like the sound of music and Lion King without copying them. So if you know a lot of musicals it's even funnier. When you like the humor of Southpark, than you definitely will love the Book of Mormon. Like the well known animation serie some of you will love it, other will be offended. Because you 're not broadminded or extremely religious you can be offended. Till now we saw the show four times and it still stays funny and full entertainment.

Yes -- so what if Book of Mormon has been running for years now.... there is a very good reason for it's world-wide popularity -- it's the fact that awkward and pointed humor throughout a show can be entertaining if you are not so thin-skinned as to allow yourself a laugh at someone's elses' expense -- and often your own. If you go into Book of Mormon knowing it's going to be an equal-opportunity tongue-in-cheek offender of everything from religion to race to sexual identity and more -- than you've bought the right ticket for an evening out in London's Theater District -- otherwise go see Phantom or Les Mis or something... The lyrics are over-the-top and meant to get a rise and a laugh -- the music and choreography were spot-on -- and this particular cast was perfection in their camp delivery of their lines and affect. The Prince of Wales Theater is a great venue for a show of this caliber in that the sound and lighting were excellent -- the sight-lines from our seats ($75USD -- which were inclusive of booking fees) were unobstructed -- and the sold-out crowd on a Weds PM were very appreciative of the show. You can buy your tickets well in advance and pick them up at the box office on the day of the show or within an hour prior to curtain. The Theater has a nice bar/lounge area and the bathrooms were very clean. One note -- this may just be me or it may be specific to London theater venues -- but I don't have a recollection of patrons being able to bring food and drinks into the seating area of a theatrical show like it was some kind of matinee at the local movie cinema. Not only was it rude and distracting throughout the show to have crinkling candy wrappers and bags disrupting your focus (Thanks jerk scarfing the jumbo-sized bag of M&Ms behind us) -- but having already tipsy two-fisted drinkers squeezing down crowded seat aisles with their cocktails back to their seats and spilling the contents on people's backs and coats is a bit unseemly and poor manners -- regardless of how many "sorries.." you slur out... But -- That's just me I guess -- I would recommend Book of Mormon to theater-goers interested in some unbridled fun and entertainment. We laughed during and after for days and definitely felt it was worth every bit of what we paid and more. If you haven't already -- Go see it -- and if you have you'll probably want to go again.
