entire tour was memorable. I don't like that you are requiring a certain number of words in order to submit this review. Only part of the experience I don't like.

Loved how diverse Gary’s knowledge is, from the TV side to the true historical side. Very glad we had Gary as our tour guide!

Our tour guide was Joseph. He was very impressive. I learned so much and was surprised at how much history New Orleans has. I would do the same tour over again.

Joseph was fantastic , very informative. Very relaxing and get to visit many places without the hassle.

Driver was friendly and very knowledgeable he was keen to help us understand the history behind the garden district and also gave us a great understanding of the impact of hurricane katrina and reasons why it was so devastating and a look inside a cemetery and how tombs are filled

Your started of a little rocky do to a/c unit on bus was not putting out cool air so we had to change buses during the tour. After the bus change the tour was great! We toured the city park that is bigger than Central Park in NY. We toured the Lower 9th ward Wich flooded out during Hurricane Katrina . The toured guide showed pictures of the neighborhood's before and after pictures of the flooded homes. This was a good tour overall.

We rode on the bus that is marked as The Ghost Rider. The company needs to invest in some maintenance on the bus. The bus has no shocks. You feel every little crack in the road. The bus shakes and make so much noise through the whole tour. The back air conditioner is also very loud and not very cold. I had to hold the back window for the full 3 hours because it sounded like it was going to fall out and wasn't latched properly as well. The tour guide was fantastic. Very knowledgeable. Very entertaining. However someone should help him with the equalization of his microphone. It's too soft for the amount of noise coming from the bus. Also is very low and bassy and needs more treble. Overall the tour was fantastic. But I did end up with pain in my shoulder from the 3-hour jostling. I recommend sitting in the front two rows; nothing further back.

The bus we were on did not have AC so an hour and a half of being on the bus in 94 degree weather, we finally were transferred to another bus with minimal AC at best. Bob, our guide, was great and knowledgeable. Disappointed they didnt bring water or anything to compensate the heat.

Michelle_L

The guide was very informative. He even cracked a joke here and there. The A/C did not work on the bus so we had to switch buses. The A/C worked a little better on the 2nd bus but after riding for a couple minutes, it seemed to stop working too.

Joan_R

Excellent tour guide. Dirty, old, hot, uncomfortable bus with broken seats. Its unlikely that we’ll take a Viator tour again.
