This was such a well-designed 360 degree experience, the best I have seen. A ton of great photo ops, good highlighting of local sites like Fenway Park. Go near sunset time to get a really great experience. Paired with the duck tour, this is the perfect way to see the city

The views over Boston are stunning, we went on a Tuesday and it was not busy, large deck all around the top, excellent value. The only downside was we decided to eat in the Beacon restaurant and enjoy the view. Our server was Callan, he was pleasant, this I cannot say for the majority of the staff we saw. Never seen so many workers in a restaurant with a negative attitude and body language, the greeting on arrival can only be described as surly. We received our meals one had very tasty hot chips the other stone cold chips, we were not the only table to return chips which were eventually replaced when burger had been eaten. Make sure you visit for the view forget the food.

I enjoyed this trip up to the top of the observation deck. It was crowded but we did go on a Tuesday afternoon in June. The staff were super friendly and informative. You can enjoy three different floors - good views and a lot of history about Boston. One of the floors has a bar/dining area. I went with a friend and got a chance to sit in the seats they have scattered around and have a drink and it was absolutely beautiful. There’s a small gift shop. There’s plenty of restrooms throughout and it’s very clean. The views are outstanding.

The view was perfect and the mall and store around was perfect as well 👌 👍 🥰 💞 I will recommend this to anyone 👌

The views from the top. Politeness of staff. No excessive queuing. I don’t know what else to say other than thank you.

Not worth the money. It was ok but Boston doesn't have a lot of things to view. A night visit night be cool.

Kind of overrated, honestly. Great views if pretty pictures is your only objective. I brought my friend here from out of town. First I purchased tickets beforehand, only to find they are cheaper when you get there. There was no line so prepurchasing was not necessary. The animation in the elevator as you go up has nothing to do with the history of the city. They basically just removed Top of the Hub and painted everything white. There are very small miniatures of significant buildings inside, but honestly it is very stark. No info or history about the city or what you’re looking at. There was nothing inviting about the outside observation deck, and nothing up there helped you navigate the city. I visited this a week after the One World in NYC, so maybe my expectations were high. But seemed like a tourist trap to me. I don’t think I’ll be bringing friends here in the future.

The newly opened observatory deck in Boston is a must go when visiting the city for the first time. There was no queue to go up and the deck was not too busy so we could enjoy the view at our own pace… then we had late lunch at the bistro…

The view was amazing, the staff were professional and friendly. I like how you have the option to hang out and grab a drink after. It really caters to any social gathering. I loved it!
