Great guides and love that it was a small group so that we could maneuver and enjoy the turtles pretty readily. Dream come true trip

The 2 guys who helped us were both very polite and professional. We all had a great time learning new things about snorkeling and fishes!

See the green turtle, and fishes, they were gorgeous. The three tour guides were very hepful, and ensured that I was comfortable and feeling safe as a non-experienced swimmer.

We had a great time, everything was as advertised , captain was knowledgeable, friendly and kept the ride smooth . First mate was in the water with us showing us around and pointing out different species of fish while taking photo and video ! Would definitely recommend 👌

We did not enjoy our experience. I want to preface this with my own failings - I didn't realise this was out in the middle of the ocean. I probably should've realised this! If you're from NZ/Aus and used to snorkeling in the clam waters of the Pacific Islands, this is not the same. We have dived and snorkeled in Fiji twice, Rarotonga and Australia. Never have We experienced such rough conditions. Max assured me it was calm whilst heaps of people were vomiting into the water. It was awful. The fast boat ride out there was fun and enjoyable. The views of Oahu and Waikiki and Diamond Head were spectacular. However, we then parked up with about 6 to 8 other boats all trying to get the attention of the same turtles. We ended up getting taken away from the boat to find turtles in a quieter location. The guide lost 3 of the group and had to go find them in the crowded waters. He left 3 of us just bobbing there in the swells alone. With no life jackets or any assistance. It was scary. We ended up swimming around 2 boats to get back to our boat, to find the skipper just chilling in the boat with his son, on his phone. Not looking out for us at all. The lack of safety standards was astounding. Then people started vomiting (both our boat and others) and it was awful trying to stay out of the way of their vomit in the water. One member of our tour got kicked in the head by someone on another tour trying to get to a turtle. I'm surprised more incidents don't happen out there. It's absolutely chaos. We did watch 2 boats collide whilst anchored due to the rough seas. We paid for the photography and ended up with very bad quality photos due to the roughness of the water. Because we swam back to the boat after the guide left us in the water to find the remaining members of the group, we ended up with about 6 photos of us in the water and that was it. Really not worth the extra money. We did get the photos emailed to us quickly but I'm guessing that's because there weren't many. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this. I repeat what I put above that I didn't realise it was in the middle of the open ocean and that likely affected how we felt about the tour. However we found the crew unprofessional and there's no way the skipper could've assisted if thered been any issues in the water. His boat was blocked by two other boats, and the guide wasn't even with us so it could've turned really bad really quick in my opinion. I see other good reviews and I'm glad those people had a good time.

Garrett and Alex were the best Captain and mate on our fast little boat. They really paid detailed attention to everyone’s needs and abilities. They called me to make sure I knew where the parking was and gave us great instructions about the turtle reef. My kids and I saw lots of turtles and tons of fish. It was really like a private tour. Highly recommended them!!!!

Garrett (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) and Alex were excellent tour guides! They provided us with information on what to expect and what fishes we would most likely see (yes...this includes the sea turtles!). They also made sure to go over safety protocols as well. Big thank you to the both of you for trying to accommodate me the best you both could as I was experiencing motion sickness after being in the water for a tad too long for my comfort. Even though I felt like I threw up like Emily Rose Exorcist style, Garrett and Alex offered me some items that would help soothe the side effects like ginger candy and tiger balm. Regardless of that incident I had, I had fun both pre and post throw up. :-)
