Great tour guide....new the history of Cadiz and the role it played in the history of Spain in great detail and with obvious enthusiasm. All is all a very good and informative tour.

Victoria was a very accomplished and knowledgeable tour guide - with the perfect balance of giving you enough facts in an interesting and entertaining way, that you get a real sense of the history of the place but not too many that you would get bored. I would strongly recommend Victoria as your tour guide.

The only memory I have is frustration of not being able to find our tour. We arrived 5 minutes before the meeting time and walked around the plaza for 15 minutes with no success. I was expecting there to be some kind of obvious signage somewhere but could see nothing. As far as I am concerned I feel cheated out of my money.

What a fantastic City, I much prefer it than Sevilla. Much more laid back , very friendly and relaxed . You can take your time over a delicious meal and not feel rushed. The hop on and on bus is great and if you stay at The Parador Hotel the stop is just across the road. I would definitely recommend the hotel it’s in a great position overlooking the sea but not far from the heart of the old town. The staff are lovely and it’s one of the best hotels in Cádiz. The rooms are amazing with slide back doors and balcony. The bus takes you all along the front and down to the beach hotels. It looks nice but you’re away from the main centre. The cathedral is beautiful and not as busy as Sevillas . A good tip is to buy a bus ticket for two days and you get a ticket for the Cathedral and tower. We got ours just outside the Cathedral. The train from Sevilla is good but if your booking ahead beware the don’t always release the full list of trains until nearer the time and they get booked up quickly. I hope this little review helps and if your going to Cádiz have a lovely time, Oh and do try the Sherry. A x

It was very interesting to get a historical perspective of Cadiz and Victoria was an interesting guide. It is useful to go on the tour so that you can follow up later by going inside some of the buildings. My only suggestion would be that it is slightly shorter- especially the last part.
