For me, a building is just a building if I don’t know what I am looking at. Ismael brought the Alcázar, cathedral, and its tower to life! I loved the tour! Ismael was knowledgeable, funny, and engaging! Would go on any tour he was leading! Highly recommend this one!

The day we booked our guided tour, it was for 11.30am and were informed it left from another of their info centres in the Old City. We had plenty of time when we booked unfortunately we got lost walking there and had a lot of difficulty finding the Info Centre and missed our tour time. We explained what had happened to the staff and they were very helpful, saying they could rebook us onto the 1.30 tour of the Alcazar but unfortunately we cou;dn't use our tickets for the cathedral. We were fine with that and just did the Alcazar. Staff from the info centre were very good at informing us via Whatsapp about the guided tour, our tour guides name and where and what time we would meet her. We waited for our tour guide Cristina Osuna and our tour party at the entrance to the Alcazar. Cristina welcomed us to the tour party and was very good at explaining the entry process and what the tour entailed to us all, The Alcazar is a must see if visiting Seville but we would reccommend getting a guided tour. We were fortunate to have someone as knowledgable, engaging and articulate as Cristina. She provided a level of detail and knowledgeof the palace that was second to none. My wife and I particularly liked how engaging and interactive she was with members of our tour party, she would ask for peoples names and talk with members of our tour party. She stressed that she was happy to take questions if people had any. As with a lot of people. We got lost several times (lingering too long or taking photos) and Cristina rang us several times to tell us where she was and said that she would wait for us at a certain place. I thought this was really considerate of her. Overall a very good guided tour of the palace, thanks to Cristina.

Christina Osuna is an excellent guide, she took time to be thorough while making the tour fun even for little kids. My 8yr old son was also completely engaged and enjoyed the tour. Absolutely recommend this tour with her

Ishmael is one of the best tour guides I’ve experienced with Viator. He hade our 3.5hour tour of Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcázar absolutely delightful and interesting with his fun facts and passion for history. This is a great tour of both the cathedral and palace. Only a 15 min break in between to be prepared to learn a lot. I would highly recommend but ask for Ishmael.
