This was somewhere I have wanted to visit for years . Being a Disney lover I just loved seeing it . Many stairs and I had a bad knee and worried whether I could do it . But I was fine . Took my time with stops along the way with our guide . Such a special place

Great experience. From check in to drop off. Dan and Nic were our tour guides and they were great. They made sure we were comfortable and taken care of, and helped with the smallest details. They were both knowledgeable and friendly. And engaged in conversation during the bus ride. The castle is absolutely stunning and well worth visiting. We had enough time upon arrival to grab a bite to eat. And enough time after the castle tour to browse around the area. I recommend this tour to anyone who is exploring options.

Thomas was a “lights-out” tour guide for this incredible castle! Thomas made the entire tour thoroughly captivating with his massive amount of background stories of the characters associated with the castle and those times. Thank you so much for your enthusiasm and stories!

It was a wonderful day. The bus ride out was scenic, but the castle was amazing. Our two guides Lucia and Lana were very energetic and knowledgable and kept us informed and at the right place at the right time. The views of, from, and through the castle were spectacular. One warning is that we walked over 12,000 steps during the tour and there were multiple spiral stairs to climb in the castle.

Our tour was great! The bus there and back was very comfortable and there were beverages offered. Jeremy our guide was very informative and friendly, provided us with a city map and clear directions. The town and the castle were both stunning with a very interesting history and the surrounding mountains were beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Michelle and Deysie (sp) were awesome guides - even if Michelle was from UM :-) They kept our spirits up even though we had to survive the mother of all storms - heavy rain, wind and hail. The drive up to the castle was very nice, they provided nice background information and gave us time to explore some on our own and of course time for lunch. Simply put a wonderful day despite the elements.
