My phone would not open the QR code tickets. I showed them the confirmation email with the code but they still refused. Finally had to get management involved to get in. Very stressful.

Poorly organized and limited instructions were provided. No one to conduct the tour at Ste. Chappelle. We had to walk to the pier to meet the boat-45 minutes!! The church was beautiful and the cruise was enjoyable once we got there

The Sainte-Chapelle is a must do, especially with Notre Dame still closed. The skip the line tickets are worth it, and we were able to get right in. The River Cruise with Bateaux Parisiens--not the greatest. The "commentary" is an app-based service (free with the cruise), but it is not well timed with the actual monuments. There was also occasional commentary from the staff on the loudspeaker system, but it was not helpful and hard to understand. It also overlapped the app-based commentary so you could hear neither. Just seemed disorganized to me. Cruise itself was fine, but you can get tickets without going through Viator.

This small but stunning chapel is a breathtaking collection of stained glass windows & gilded columns. Light shines through windows running around the entire upper story of the building - it almost appears to float. There were interesting signs explaining the restoration & cleaning process used to bring the windows back to life. I wish I had learned about the “Stained glass windows of Sainte-Chapelle” app - I missed out on this & it sounds as though it’s a great enhancement if you want to learn more about the windows.

Sainte Chapelle was beautiful. These "skip the line" tickets allowed us to wait maybe 15 minutes instead of what looked like a 1+ hour line for people with no tickets. Tickets worked fine.

Tickets provided by aviator didn’t work - had to buy tickets directly from boat company. Hopefully can get refund from aviator.

The ticket office did not honor the Viator tickets! They have a large notice there that they do not accept Viator tickets and we need to purchase tickets there and get a refund from Viator.

Our Ticket from trip advisor was not accepted by cruise operator!! It cost us another 54 euro to buy cruise tickets!! The ticket was accepted at Saint Chapelle but not for cruise. Very frustrating!!
