This bike hire service has a minimum number requirement. Feel free to contact us leading up to your booking, to see if we have reached the minimum numbers. If you have some flexibility around the days you can ride, this goes a long way to help getting you on your adventure.
SPD pedals. These can be hired on the day for $15.
Shoes are very important. Blatzers lookout and Hanging Rock is loose underfoot. Shoes need GRIP!
The owner Sam is very flexible and accommodating. Let him know if you have any special requests and he will always try.
Start and finish times can vary to accommodate customers. All is confirmed the night before with a phone call from Sam.
A passport, licence or acceptable form of identification along with an active credit card is required on the day for security purposes.
Due to the service being mobile, we do require minimum numbers for the day to go ahead, so please reach out anytime after you have booked, to see if we have reached the minimum numbers. If you can be a little flexible with your ride day, this can go a long way to getting you on your great adventure.

We arranged a last minute booking for the following day with Sam. He provided excellent advice and guidance about the terrain and track options available to us to ride. The e-bikes were in excellent condition and the safety briefing was extremely informative. We are an active family and we found the trails to be easy to follow and not difficult. Highly recommend for families with teenagers.

If you’re looking for an easy booking process, a guide with infectious enthusiasm and just a great deal of fun I would thoroughly recommend you book from blue mountains biking adventures. I booked the Beginner friendly half day self guided tour to hanging rock. We booked the e-bikes for this tour and had nothing but fun for the Adventure. Sam was incredibly kind and proactive helping us book this trail. He met us on the day and we were greeted with a boatload of energy, encouragement and guidance to start our journey. Myself and parents in their 60s managed this very beginner friendly track without too much stress and were met with just breathtaking views at the trail end. A big Thankyou to Sam for fitting us in to his booking schedule, teaching us proper riding technique, uplifting us with your allround legend energy and sending us off onto a safe and spectacular adventure. I would thoroughly recommend Sam and his business to any travellers in this region.

Very cool spot! I would have never known about this area. Having the bikes dropped off at the beginning of the route was very convenient and solved a lot of hassle.

Absolutely awesome day out mountain biking with the family. First time for all of us using the E bikes. Sam did an amazing job setting us all up with great equipment and the skills to get the most out of the day. Would thoroughly recommend this, would give 6 stars if I could.

This experience was honestly surreal! It was so fun! The new track makes the journey so smooth and it means if you’re experienced or good with the breaks you can really get some speed on the humps and bumps! Sam is the coolest person ever! The way he teaches everything makes it really insightful and you can learn everything for future rides! Any questions you have he’ll answer & he is really funny and great banter which makes it even more fun!

Sam is a lovely guy and the electric mountain bikes were great to use, easy to collect. Cycling was a great way to break up all the walking in the blue mountains and there are plenty of fire trails /4WD tracks with lovely view along the way and at the end- you can do many more tracks on bike than walking as it’s so much faster on bike! Highly recommend a day or two on an electric mountain bike from Sam. Bikes are easy to use and in great condition.

This was a birthday present for my son and Sam took him on a guided tour to hanging rock. It was an absolutely amazing experience that made his day so special! You couldn’t ask for a better guide than Sam and all of his equipment is first rate and well maintained. His knowledge of the area is second to none and he makes you really comfortable with riding the bikes and doing the trails. Whether you book a self guided tour or guided, you are in great hands and you will have all the knowledge you need to have a fantastic ride and a great day out with epic views that cannot be forgotten!!

Highly recommended!! We came from Brazil and booked from the website, quick and easy. Sam usually contact you to confirm your choice. Instructions were perfectly made before we started. The Ebikes are awesome! It was the best way to get to know the Blue Mountains no doubt about it!!!

We did the self-guided tour it took about 2 1/2 hours. It was really manageable. We didn’t use the electric part of the bike on the way down to the lookout at Hanging Rock but we sure used it on the way back to get back up the hill! Bike Equipment is excellent, very modern and the briefing on how to use was very comprehensive. The owner met us at the cemetery at Blackheath and we felt really confident and informed after his briefing. Such a nice guy and happy to unreservedly recommend this trip. We did it even in not great weather. The cloud cover was so heavy but with a waterproof jacket we were all fine and we were very lucky that when we got to the lookout the skies cleared and we manage to see hanging Rock from floating rock. Beautiful trip would definitely do it again.
