07:30 Pickup from the central meeting point at Opera Garnier Steps or the reception desk of your hotel if the option is booked. Departure destination Champagne region. There are approx. 140 km to drive on a highway. One stop at a rest area will be made. The ride takes about 2 hours, and part of it goes along the picturesque Champagne landscapes and vineyards.

10:00 - 11:15 visit the local medium family producer Champagne le Gallais on the top of the hills with beautiful panoramic views over vineyards. Guided visit of the Cellars and production section by a family member or one of their team. Explanations about the Champagne making process and tasting of 2 glasses with descriptions. 11:15 Departure to Epernay (10 km). It takes about 15 minutes.
