The tour guide Alex was great but I felt bad for him as the experience getting on the actual boat put all the passengers in a foul mood. It was incredibly hot out and there was no organization to the line which caused people to push eachother and create claustrophobic blobs, a woman got mad and yelled at one of the ticket takers and then got in a fight with my half-blind mother in law for being in her space. A few clearly marked signs and lines saying “wait here for the 7:15, 7:30 would go a long way. That being said, once everyone was on the boat the tour guide was inviting, humorous and really knew his stuff about the city! Some tour guides try too hard to be funny and it becomes tiresome and annoying but Alex had just the right amount of humor and facts.

The sunset cruise was amazing and the views did not disappoint. The guide, Spiro, was very knowledgeable & kept us all entertained. The weather was kind to us, I did feel the boat was a bit crowded but that didn’t spill the cruise for us.

An amazing experience that I'll definitely do again! Incredible sunset view of the skyline. Bob was our guide, and he was super informative about all the amazing buildings in Chicago.

Really enjoyed seeing Chicago from the water. Sunset was great. It was cold and windy, but the vessel handled the conditions well. The commentary was interesting.

Seeing the Chicago skyline from the water Idk why this thing has a 100 word minimum. I feel like that is excessive
