The tickets from the Viator site were not being accepted by the company, so I had to go to the side and wait and download the tickets to a different platform which took time and was getting frustrating, because the bar code from Viator showed up in the e-mail, but they did not accept it. Once we were on the cruise it was just ok. It was a basic, boring cruise up and down the water. Nothing spectacular to see.

The meeting point was not at the place of departure. I was there before 11 a.m., but nobody was there to instruct me were to go. Somebody came at 11 a.m., he gave my instructions to the golden tower but I was to late for departure. I asked my money back but no responce for that. Just book it with the locals and then you can also have 2 free walking tours.

Waist of money! You go down the river and right back up. Maybe 35 minutes. You don’t see any nice views. Nothing fun or exciting.

It really is a tourist trap, so if being crammed into small plastic chairs on a deck listening to pre-recorded information in 5 languages, is your thing.....enjoy.

oreisl

€25 each for an hour of enduring a huge group of screaming teens not remotely interested in being on the boat. We could hardly hear the recorded info & had no clue what we were actually sailing past. Relieved to get off at the end.

Not my favourite experience in Seville. If you need to have a seat for an hour it’s fine. I felt it was expensive compared to other attractions in Seville. Not enough depth about what you are seeing as you sail along the river.

Talk about mailing it in. Yeah, I guess technically it’s in five languages but all that means is that there’s a recording that puts you to sleep five ways. It’s a recording so that means that they don’t tell you about anything interesting and can’t answer questions. And as others have noted, the items described are singularly forgettable. None of them are even on any list of things anyone would want to see on land. The only reason I’m not giving it one stars is that the boat didn’t break down and the crew seemed professional But really, do something else.

This river cruise doesn’t do Seville justice… it’s around the hr mark but just covers some very run down looking industrial areas …& districts displaying graffiti on the river walls … in all honesty Seville is fabulous.. but this boat trip @ 20 euro 💶 per person is only with 10 euro at best .. don’t waste your money here all you need to see is on foot or bicycle or probably even the open top bud … the last 10 mins on return leg was a view of the best part of the river & buildings the rest just derelict buildings or cranes 🏗️ or graffiti 👎

The woman selling tickets was extremely unpleasant, unhelpful and only spoke Spanish. The commentary on the ship was almost inaudible and uninteresting. Very poor value for money.

It's a relaxing journey on the river, with the option of sitting upstairs outside or downstairs indoor. There's a description of what you see in multiple languages, but the main attractions cannot be seen from the river, so bear that in mind. There was optional drinks and snacks to buy downstairs. The chairs were a bit uncomfortable.
