I did a walking tour guided by Chuck and had a wonderful time. Firstly, it was a small group, so no one got lost or left behind and everyone could easily gather around Chuck to hear the information he was telling us. Secondly, the walking was easy (no killer steep hills etc) but it would still be worth wearing a comfortable pair of shoes so you can thoroughly enjoy the walk. (Some streets are cobblestone or paved and so flat walking shoes are always going to be best for balance). Thirdly I had been to Cambridge about 15 years ago and done a walking tour then. Chuck covered 1 or 2 of the standard places you'll find on any walking tour - but I genuinely learned far more new interesting facts and stories about Cambridge. Thoroughly recommend it!

Our guide chuck was fantastic and very informative! It was a great way to take in some of the Cambridges key sites! Thanks Chuck!

An excellent and informative tour which was not at all fusty or boring. Simon the guide was charming and inclusive and could answer all questions. He knew the history as well as how the colleges work today. He showed us some very interesting architectural features we would have missed on our own. We thoroughly enjoyed our 90 mins with him and would recommend the tour.

The tour was very interesting and engaging in highlighting the history of Cambridge and it’s main attractions. The tour guide Stacey appeared to be knowledgeable of her history in the City which made the tour exciting and worthwhile for someone not having visited Cambridge before.

Thank you Stacey for a very informative, interesting and very different tour. You gave us plenty of food for thought! Hope the rain eventually moved away. Thanks and best wishes Jan and Steve Liverpool

We were expecting a fun and informative tour but I’m afraid it was lacklustre and tedious. We ranged in age from 80 to 8 and it didn’t pique the interest of any of us.

We had so much fun being show the history of the city we have lived in for the last few years. There was so much we didn’t know and all of it was delivered in a really entertaining manner by our guide. We were lucky enough to pick a quiet time and we had our guide all to ourselves and we really enjoyed spending the 1.5 hour walk with her. We will be signing up for the creepy tour next!
