We took a gamble booking this in February, Jason communicated with us, offering us alternatives if the weather was bad. He warned us of the issues and we felt well informed. Fortunately we had sunshine and calm waters. The boat trip was brilliant and we got very close to the wrecks. Jason makes excellent rock cakes to go with the coffee. He is passionate about his work. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this trip to anyone.

Brilliant day out with family, Jason was a great skipper, not only with the high speed rib ride but also a great source of local knowledge. Very patient with the kids as well answering all their crazy questions with a smile I would highly recommend Jason and wrexpeditions and would gladly do it again with the rest of the family

We had a ball out on the water with Jason. We were in touch prior to booking and discussed the best times to see the wildlife. My son was super excited when we hit the wash off the passenger ferry. We saw seals and porpoises. Jason talked us through some of the history of the area that we had no clue about. It was great. We will be back!

We were in two groups and both had a lovely trip in spite of rather chilly windy weather. The area is beautiful and we saw seals and porpoises. Jason was very informative regarding the area and also it’s wildlife.

I booked a private tour of the waters around Dunoon. Capt. Jason was very knowledgable and accommodating. There were gorgeous mountain views and seascapes. We saw seals, porpoises and a variety of sea birds and learned about the history and lore. Not to be missed if you are in the area.

Lovely afternoon to go doon the watter!! Kids loved the speed of the rib (maybe not the wind) managed to see a seal and porpoise. Friendly staff made adjustments to the booking due to weather issues, made the trip very enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Jason is a very capable skipper and very accommodating. He knows his stuff regarding diving too and took very good care of us. Hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows....... need I say more. Unfortunately the weather and vis weren't in our favour but we still had a most enjoyable weekend and saw plenty squidgy stuff. And more rainbows in one day than I have ever seen before - stunning. We will most definitely be back - looking forward to it already.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing trip. Jason was a fantastic skipper, he made the trip that more enjoyable. We could see he was passionate about his job. We managed to see dolphins and seals, as well as a ship wreck. If we had more time, we definitely would have gone for the half day tour. Jason had everything well thought out to make it an enjoyable and melorable trip. I would 100% recommend Wreckspedition, worth every penny and more and if we do come back to Dunoon, we will definitely rebook. Thank you once again Jason! My surly teens said it was the highlight of their trip to beautiful Scotland and you already know, seeing the dolphins was a dream come true for me!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Jason was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and informative... We went out on the Watter and learnt so much. Not just wildlife spotting but local history and present day developments of Dunoon. Scenery and wildlife were amazing! Memorable! Thanks again Jason!
