This was a very enjoyable day. Our guide Victoria was personable and helpful and our transportation comfortable. Jerez and the Spanish Riding Academy was wonderful especially if you appreciate horses. Cadiz was lovely only wish we had had more time there. Would do it again

We booked this tour 5 months ago because we were in Seville only for 3 days and the tour was offered twice a week. A week before vyatit asked if we could change the date. We could not, so they accommodated our request. On the day of the tour they sent a mini van which had one other guest. The tour guide, Fernando, did not speak a word of English. We were provided no information from start to finish and this was a whole day tour. We asked a few basic questions and he could not answer them. It was unacceptable. We have booked through visitor many times before and never had such an experience. The show in Cadiz of the Andalusian horses is well worth it, so is the tour of the Tip Pepe Vineyard. At the winery the driver Camillo, did not give us a ticket which was required for the wine tasting. We got a wine tasting because we explained, but it was basic. Not worth the money we had paid for this tour. All the way back to Seville the driver and tour guide talked to each other non stop in Spanish. Not a word of interaction with the clients & again no information shared. Extremely poor and unfortunate. We were all very disappointed.

The horse show was the highlight of this entire tour. The trip was more of a transportation to Jerez and Cadiz, but we enjoyed it a lot. Van was very comfortable and driver was reliable. Wish we had more time to wander around in Cadiz, but at least we got to be there and enjoy!

The tour was a disaster from the beginning. Our pickup time was changed by 2 hours and I specifically asked if the tour changed and was assured it did not. Wrong!!! Our guide did not speak any English and the tour omitted the sightseeing in Cadiz due to the late start. We had no way of knowing this at pickup so we were stuck on the tour bus with a non-English guide (basically a driver). We went directly to the Royal Equestrian show and were rushed into the show. From there, we were taken to Cadiz for lunch with explicit instructions to return to the bus stop in 1 hour for the trip back to Jerez for the winery tour. Again, rushed into the winery, took the tour and returned to the pickup/drop off point.

Although it was advertised as a guided tour no guide arrived. The driver of the van didn’t speak English. We were lucky there was a Spanish and English speaking couple from Columbia (lucky us they joined English tour). They translated driver’s directions otherwise we would be lost. The horse show was great. Winery tour was so so. Very little time were left for Cadiz.

It was a wonderful excursion. Our guide was great. On the trip she told us many facts about Spain. The bus came to our hotel to pick us up which was wonderful. I loved the horse show, but I wish we had more time to walk around the stables. The Tio Pepe sherry vineyard tour was informative and the sherry was delicious It was nice to walk around Cadiz and have lunch.

Booked as a last minute substitute for our cancelled tour to Grenada, this was a delightful surprise. First stop was Bodegas Ligures, a small private winery making sherry. Very clear explanation of how and why sherry is made and chances to taste each type. Afterwards we could buy bottles at sensible prices. Moved on to Jerez itself, a charming town dominated by Gonzalez Byass, with orange and jacaranda trees providing shade. Then continued to Cádiz. This small city on the Western edge of Spain seems not to have found a new role since shipbuilding moved to Korea. But we had a delicious lunch of fresh tuna and prawns

Comfortable coach, great tour and tasting at Tío Pepe, with restrooms. Wonderful equine show with great seats. Time in Cadiz allowed for “on our own” lunch and lovely ocean views. Tour guide was helpful and informative, coach driver was excellent.

The horse show and tour of the sherry cellars at Jerez were both excellent. The time in Cadiz for lunch would’ve been enhanced with recommendations of where to eat. Our driver Maria was well organised and punctual with all pick up and drop off’s at the various places and at each end of the day. She was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and a good driver. With the air conditioned vehicle and the two inside venues it made for a pleasant day out even when the temperatures were nearing the high 35/36 Degrees C.

I wouldn't have given any stars but that wasn't an option. We were asked what language we spoke and were promised a professional guide, instead we were put into a car with 3 other people of different nationalities, 2 French speaking and 1 man who spoke Spanish. The driver didn't speak any English so we didn't have a clue what was going on. We only had 1hr 40mins to run around Cadiz. The horse show went on forever. I wouldn't recommend, not for what it cost. They completely changed the order of the day. We were told pick up was at 9am then later told it was 10:05am. That hour they took off us could have been spent relaxing in Cadiz. We didn't even have time for lunch. The Tio Pepe tour was the best part of the day. Please folks DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. We paid £109.25 each. I don't usually post bad reviews but I had such a bad time with Viator on this holiday that I felt I had to. I have emailed them but they're not interested.
