Evenif the event was in English and I had to translate for my husband it was an absolutely unique experience! Thanks to the Chef we will not forget it. We bought everything from pan to rice to Safran and now we are ready to crisp 😉

Although the views were breathtaking, Antonio's expertise and enthusiasm stole the show during the paella showcooking. His guidance and storytelling made the experience truly memorable, making the stunning backdrop almost secondary. Highly recommend this immersive culinary adventure led by Antonio for anyone visiting Sevilla!

The space is not utilized as well as it could be. The tables could be positioned to improve the experience for all customers. Surprised by how the staff overreacted and spoke to other guests who suggested improvements.

I was really looking forward to this experience so am disappointed to be leaving a negative review. The tables were set up in two rows. First row had fab views of the cooking area, second was of the back of the peoples heads from the table in front. I politely gave constructive feedback that there was enough space for the tables to be set up differently, maybe split the front tables (who were not together ) so that everyone had equal views, for example, and was asked to leave!!! I am genuinely shocked as although I was disappointed by the seating plan I hoped that the food would make up for it (going by previous reviews) The man could not believe I had the audacity to question him, said he's never had one complaint in six years and told me that I was not welcome. Terrible customer service - extremely unprofessional and unnecessary

We were excited to take a Paella cooking class in Seville and our experience exceeded expectations. So much history goes into this famous Spanish dish you'll be just as impressed with the origins of Paella as you will actually eating your delicious masterpiece. Lovely outdoor roof top dining with wine and cheese included in the price. Met some new friends and shared a memorable evening of gastronomy.
