Fillippa was amazing! She was very personable and knowledgeable, and she introduced us to some very delicious foods, and gave us great recommendations for other places to try. It was just two of us on the tour with her (me and a friend of mine) and we thoroughly enjoyed! There was plenty of food, but very well spread out, with perfect serving sizes. I would recommend this tour to anyone!

Tour coordinator was the most rude person to interact with on the entire 2 week trip - our inbound train was delayed and we were about 20-30 behind schedule and asked to simply join the group wherever they were. The actual tour guide finally did reach out with their location after about 20 minutes for us to meet them, but whoever is responsible for managing/arranging everything through the chat was beyond rude. I'd say find a different tour, nothing against the actual in-person guide (just the management).

This tour turned out to be a private tour for me and my mom! Our guide Serena was great! This was was second time visiting Florence and I had no idea I was close to a food market! What a find! Great opporunity to taste delicious pasta and sample truffle oil. The gelateria was also very good, much better than one I had visited the day prior to the tour. Serena was very personable and friendly. She even suggested a luggage store for my mom to visit as she was searching for a suitable bag to carry on the plane. I would definitely recommend Serena for any food tour.

Sando was amazing. He has a true passion for food and it shows! We started at a city market, which to me was crowded but he said it gets shoulder to shoulder at popular dining times so we were lucky. Sando purchased fresh florentine style foods for us to try, which if I am being honest I probably should have passed right over. He knew a lot of the local vendors in the market and got us samples of food that are not normally included on the tour. We walked through Florence for a bit and he showed us an incredible “sandwich shop” where they make/grow/pro reds all the ingredients at their family farm outside of town, including the bread, cheese, meats, and veggies. I am not normally a sandwich gal, but I rave about them. We will definitely be going back to that place before we leave town!

Such a great tour! Sylvio was amazing! Very knowledgeable and knew all the good food spots. And not the instagram popular spots all the hidden little gems in Florence that have been around for centuries.

The tour guide was wonderful we sampled different types of pasta, olive oils, the vendors at the different booths were very informative. We went all over the market two floors. I loved it so much we came back and got wines, cookies and lunch. Great Job A++++++++

A nice simple tour of the San Lorenzo market. The tour guide was very nice, if a little quiet. Overall, a good opportunity to learn about Florentine foods.
