Tour guide at the Uffizi was knowledgeable but asked questions of us like it was a quiz. Made my sister uncomfortable, especially when he asked for tips. Our climb of the Duomo steps was cancelled due to lack of interest which is hard to believe based on how crowded Florence was. Next time I would book tours separately vs. whole day in Florence.
