This was a horrible experience. The balloon portion was cancelled. The full day tour had the tour guide show up 35 mins late, then immediately proceeded to drop us at a location that was not on the agenda. Additionally, the tour guide barely spoke English and was not from the area. It was an overall awful experience that my friend and I left and ended up walking back to the hotel. This is not a company to take a tour with.
