Back in the helicopter, enjoy another 45-minute flight back just in time to enjoy a gorgeous sunset. As you fly to Las Vegas, you'll see the city transform as all the glittery lights of Downtown Las Vegas and the world famous Strip. When you land, your transportation will be waiting to whisk you back to your hotel. Please note: Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older will be required to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport at the time of check-in.

Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.

My son in a helicopter for the first time was pretty cool. We saw desert and part of the Grand Canyon. They offered champagne, pretzels and peanuts. Our Pilot was fine. He offered up as much commentary as he could. Sitting in the helicopter was good and spacious. U can see the brown ground all around. The pick up, check in, drop off was very organized. Maverick has its own building that looks brand new. The waiting area was nice. The “weight in” was discrete. Was it worth $1300? Not to me.

Loved it! Really recommend this company if you are looking for a helicopter trip. We did the sunset to Grand Canyon. Pick up and drop off all very smooth and the pilots were friendly with great sense of humour. We were lucky that the passenger group was similar weights and able to rotate around for everyone to have a chance at a window seat but this is of course never guaranteed for a helicopter. I would say that the Vegas strip part of the tour was pretty quick and really not what I expected. I have a suspicion they aren't actually allowed to fly over the strip so you sort of go around it and the views aren't amazing. But otherwise really enjoyed it and thoroughly recommend. It's so worth the money!!!

We had a once in a lifetime experience. The tour was spectacular and really special. Everything was perfectly organised by Maverick helicopter and went absolutely smooth. We got picked up at our hotel in time and from there the entire process was easy. Our Captain was super friendly and shared great info throughout the flight and the landing in the canyon was just amazing. We also felt super safe and it was clear that safety has the highest priority for Maverick.

we chose maverick helicopters for our wedding. I can't say enough about how amazing everything was. from the pilot to the photographer to the wedding officiant. everyone made our special day just that more special. I would highly recommend using them to get married in the grand canyon. it's a once in a life time experience.

This was the best experience of my life, it was just fantastic from start to finish. Adam was our Helicopter pilot and was outstanding and his play list was brilliant, we loved it so much. It was coming up to my birthday and he let us sit in the front all the way to the Grand Canyon, it was a magical experience and I can’t thank Maverick Helicopter enough for making it such a wonderful day! We took the evening flight and saw the beautiful sunset on the way back to Las Vegas. Thank you Maverick, we will be back!

It was a great time. Unfortunately, we had to swap helicopters after 20 minutes of flying. That is the reason we just had one stop. But still an excellent experience, with nice staff!

If you are looking for something special to do whilst in Las Vegas, look no further than a trip to the Grand Canyon via helicopter! Communication from the point of booking up to arrival was well managed and efficient. Upon arrival at the terminal, you are checked in and introduced to your pilot for the day who runs through the planned flight. Our pilot was Adam who was friendly and engaging throughout the experience and had a vast library of ‘Dad’ jokes to draw on. My wife was a little nervous and this was managed well (after she had crippled my hand that she was holding). Once in the cabin, we harnessed up and equipped ourselves with the headsets before heading off toward the canyon. During the flight, Adam played a soundtrack (his own playlist) through the headset which enhanced the experience with a great choice of music. Adam displayed a broad knowledge of the terrain we were flying over and was happy to answer any questions that those in the group of 6 might have. On our flight, there were 3 separate couples (we were one of these of course) and Adam rotated the seating positions through the flight so that everyone got a front seat view at some point during the trip. There were two stops (the canyon and then to refuel) so this worked out well. Whilst in the canyon, after the champagne/bubbles we were allowed time to explore a little to take pictures, etc but had to keep an eye out for snakes (I had been warned about this by a friend). The scenery here is breathtakingly rugged and beautiful so was great to see first hand. For the final leg of the trip, Adam flew along the Las Vegas strip giving us a Birds Eye view of the hotels and entertainment venues below which was great to see. You really get a sense of how vast the hotels are from the air. All in all, a fantastic experience from start to finish, made better by an experienced, knowledgeable and humourous. I believe that Adam was leaving his role and heading back home for a corporate pilot role in June so wish him well on his future career!

Everything about this trip was awesome! Adam was our top-notch pilot. Views were outstanding! Would recommend a travel sickness med a hour before the flight, just to be safe. Choppers have a unique flight feel to them and some people don't fair well to that.
