After hotel pickups are finished you will depart immediately to Grand Canyon West. Travel time between Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon is around three hours each way. Your driver will provide an expert commentary along the route, returning you to Las Vegas in time for a night out on the town. All vehicles are climate controlled and equipped with reclining seats, video monitors, restrooms and over-sized windows.

Enjoy a 30-minute stop at the Hoover Dam where you will have time to stretch your legs and also capture incredible photo of the Dam.

Stop on the way to the West Rim and enjoy breakfast (not included). Travel through the ancient Joshua Tree Forest on route to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. The road gets a little dusty and bumpy here!

Grand Canyon West

Once at the West Rim you will have 4 hours of unguided time at the Grand Canyon. It's up to you to spend as little or as long as you wish at each of the following attractions. ** Helicopter Upgrade **: Why not complete your Grand Canyon experience with a thrilling helicopter flight to the floor of the Grand Canyon. You will be flown 4,000 feet to the base of the Canyon where you will have approximate 15-minute to enjoy the serenity of the Colorado River. Enjoy the Grand Canyon Skywalk (if option selected) and the panoramic view.

Make your way to Eagle Point, home of the Grand Canyon Skywalk. This viewing point gives you spectacular views of the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. Can you spot the eagle in the rocks which gave this lookout its name?

Grand Canyon Skywalk

The spectacular Grand Canyon Skywalk (if option selected) is where you can take a walk over the edge of the canyon on a glass bridge. Next to the Skywalk is the Indian Village where you can explore Native American history and culture with replica dwellings and performances of traditional dances.

Guano Point

Enjoy spectacular views over the Colorado River at Guano Point, home to the old Guano mine. Lunch options are available here! After your time at the Grand Canyon, you will head back to Las Vegas.

It was truly amazing. We took the helicopter ride and the view from the helicopter was out if this world. After landing next to the Colorado River was really able to take in the spectacular views. From beginning to end it was a truly unforgettable experience.

My first time traveling solo and it couldn't have gone better. Can't say it was all Viator but will give them credit anyway. The weather was perfect, time spent at each spot was perfect, the bus was nice, the driver was nice, all the stops were nice, great opportunities to take pictures. I met a few super cool people along the way which made the trip even more special. They gave bottled water after the bus made the first stop. The meal I had at Eagle Point was huge - I couldn't finish it all. Just being at the Canyon was breathtaking - so vast. Seeing the Joshua trees and mountains along the way was so worthwhile. I was terrified walking on the Skywalk - but I seemed to be the only one. If you have someone to take your picture on the Skywalk, don't waste your $25 on theirs (GC charge not Viator). If you're afraid of heights, stay away but then again YOLO! The drivers tell you what to expect and boldly ask for tips so be prepared. All this made up for my trip getting cancelled by Viator the night before and they didn't even let me know until I called them! I spoke to a very caring and helpful Rep named, Micah, who made everything right. It could have been a nightmare but it wasn't. I've used Viator in the past and will continue to recommend them.

Tour guide Duane was amazing! I feel like he went the extra mile. We had great vantage points of the grand canyon, hoover dam, lake mead, and we saw elusive mountain rams. My only disappointment, was that two days before the tour i was notified that the walking tour guide that I booked with this trip would not be available. I was offered a $30 refund. Honestly, it ended up being just fine without it and I was able to go at my own pace.
