The trip out to Low Isle was superb. The staff Jake, Mon, Liz and Paola were friendly, knowledgeable and their customer service is on point. Port Douglas should be honoured to have such a fantastic crew and tour.

We took this trip with our children (9, 6, 3) and could not speak more highly of the crew, the boat, the experiences and the food. Our crew, Jake, Mon, Bill and Pete were helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating of our needs with the children. Our children didn't have the same stamina for snorkeling as the adults so when they had had enough, they enjoyed the glass bottom boat and spotting the fish in the shallows. The highlights were seeing reef sharks swimming around the anchored yacht and chasing turtles at the beach. It was a wonderful family activity and we created memories that will last a lifetime.

Due to maintenance we were upgraded to the outer reef sailing to Mackay reef. We were picked up at 7.15 and arrived back at 5pm. The outer reef is fantastic and worth the two hour journey to get out there. I'm not a confident swimmer so Bill, one of the crew, helped me in the water, meaning I saw so much, including a very large turtle and enormous clams. There was an abundance of beautifully coloured coral and fish of every colour and size, including the tiny clown fish, which Bill pointed out not once but twice as I missed it the first time. The 4 staff on the boat couldn't have been more helpful and went out of their way to help us get as much from the day as possible. The food was delicious and there was lots of it.

Fabulous! This is the second time I have been out with sailaway. The staff are lovely, the food is great and the snorkling tour fantastic. I love the fact that it is locally owned and operated. The boat only holds a small amount of people, so the experience was a very personal one! Highly recommended!

The boat was excelent, crew was friendly and knowledgeable - the pick up from the hotel was on time and easy, boarded the boat and there was a light breakfast. After safety instructions we set sale and even with the rough seas, they were mindful with people who could feel sea sick. Low Isles is fantastic and got to see turtles, fish, reef sharks. If people try to tell you to go to the quicksilver platform, dont. This is a much nicer and real tour, that really connects you to nature in a respectful way.

Had really a great day at the Great Barrier Reef. Lot of snorkeling, superb swim with turtles, reef sharks and Nemo :) nice walk around the Low Isle and delicious lunch on the boat. Many thanks to Cooper, Dany and Tom for having us aboard and making our day truly special experience! 11/10

Very professional operation. Attention to clients abilities both on and off the boat was exemplary encouraging poor swimmers to snorkel within their capabilities and proficient swimmers to explore on their own, within sight of staff. Food was good too plenty of it. Thank you team.

The full day low Isle tour on the Catamaran was a great day. The service by the team was excellent and knowledgeable. They worked hard to look after us. Food was fresh and plentiful. Unfortunately due to all the rain we didn’t see the reef in its usual glory but that’s nature.

We would highly recommend Sailaway for a more intimate snorkeling experience. The team made us feel safe and sailing to and from the island was an amazing experience.

Sail away cruises are amazing. They picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off at the marina to start our sail. The crew were very informative in explaining everything. As it was my first time to snorkel l stuck by Monica who showed me what to do. We got to see turtles and lots of other fish. Would highly recommend sail away and the crew for a leisurely sail to the islands and snorkelling
