If I can rate 0 I will do so. So I booked a private Hopi cultural tour from flagstaff with Great West Tour as the group tour is only available starting from May. My tour is reserved for 4/2 Monday 6:30 am to 4:30 pm. I received a confirmation email on 3/31. I emailed the reservation email they gave me to confirm the name and contact of the tour guide and pickup location. They did not get back to me. So I called multiple times and left voice messages. No response. So I got up by 6 am on the day of the tour, 4/2, called again and waited. Someone finally called me back. She was really really rude, saying they don’t do private tour for one person and they have refunded me. When I asked them why they don’t communicate to me or post on their website that they don’t do private tour for one person? She told me she refunded me already , as if that answers my question. I told her that I shall file a complaint against them due ti their poor communication and potential discrimination against solo travelers. She says go ahead.
