Dan provided interesting insights and good information. The tour flowed well. We did not feel rushed, and Dan was flexible in taking time to answer questions. The Tea was great fun, and tasty, too! Very well done.

We took a tour with Dan and it was wonderful! He's very knowledgeable, friendly and witty. We learned so much - everything from British history to how to locate fire hydrants. The towns were beautiful as well. We were a little apprehensive about the tea visit since my husband doesn't care for tea and I've never thought dry, cold scones were worth eating. Were we ever wrong! The visit with Karen (Fosse Farmhouse BnB) was something we couldn't have expected. What a charming woman. And her homemade jam and scones were soft, moist and obviously very fresh. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed our tour to the Cotswolds, specifically Lacock and Castle Combe with our guide Daniel. The drive through the English countryside to visit each of the villages was exactly what we had hoped for in our adventure. The quaint villages were peaceful and quiet without too many people. The buildings were picturesque as were the cobblestone pathways and churches. Daniel was a fantastic host on our tour and is really what made the time spent on our adventure as great as it was. He was punctual on our pickup, delightful in conversation, and witty to share a story. The pace was perfect to share a small story between stops, loads of information on each of the locations and in between. Thank you Daniel for our wonderful adventure!

We had a great time even on a rainy day. Daniel played the movie clips for us so we could see what was filmed at the areas we visited, which made the areas come to life. He had so much information on the history of Bath, Lacock, and the Cotswolds as well. Highly recommend this tour!

Delightful afternoon in the idyllic villages of Castle Combe and Lacock. Daniel, our guide, did an excellent job of driving us through the scenic back roads and showcasing the beauty and interesting highlights of each town. His knowledge of the area and it's history was remarkable. We appreciated his flexibility in taking us to the Lacock Abbey to see the stunning cloisters that have been featured in many films including Harry Potter. Of course, the ultimate experience of the day was our visit to Fosse Farm where we met Diana and her spunky dog, Alby, who greeted us which an abundance of joy! We had our first English Cream Tea there complete with homemade scones, cream and an outstanding local plum jam which is probably one of the best jams we have ever had. We would recommend this tour and any of Daniel's curated tours. Thanks again, Daniel, for a memorable afternoon!

The tour was great - the two villages were so idyllic and peaceful with their natural beauty and charming stone cottages (some with thatched roofs). We should not fail to mention the beautiful gardens and small waterways along the way. Daniel is an entertaining and very knowledgeable storyteller with interesting tidbits about the region’s past, including its historic role as a flourishing wool center in medieval times with local weavers and sheep farmers vital to the English economy. He pointed out that the area hosts filming locations including productions like Harry Potter, War Horse, Dr Doolittle(1967), and Downton Abbey. A pleasant surprise to us was the planned stop for English Cream Tea accompanied by scones with clotted cream and homemade jam where we were greeted by Caron the proprietor of Fosse Farmhouse. During the traditional tea we learned that Caron’s eclectic B&B has become popular amongst Japanese tourists after an anime series was based on her home. From pickup at our Bath hotel to drop off at the train station (at our request) the tour was perfect and Daniel a pure pleasure to listen to and converse with the entire time.

An amazing step back in time to beautifully preserved villages full of history and mystery. Saw filming sites of Downtown Abbey, Harry Potter, and other classic films. Daniel, our tour guide was a wonderful chauffeur and storyteller. He was so helpful and accommodating. We were fortunate to have booked two tours with Daniel and by the end of last day we felt more like friends than customers. We shared personal stories and had many good laughs. I now have a few new life stories that I will treasure and carry with me 🥰

He was so very nice, extremely knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. We enjoyed our time immensely. And, he treated us to a surprise Sweet Tea at the end of our tour. We couldn't have asked for more. Such a treat!!!
