I wholeheartedly recommend International Friends!! They Took care of all the transfers to and from the airport, to and from the hotel and to and from the cruise terminal. They booked our hotel and all of our tours while in the UK. We never had to wait and the communication between us was excellent. It couldn't have gone any better!!

Both our guide and our driver were pleasant and patient. Our driver to connect was great as well. Windsor Castle was beautiful and the chapel exceptional! Steve, our guide, prepared us for the best experience here. Our luggage was taken care of and we had a smooth transition onto the ship. We recommend this for anyone connecting to a cruise line

Showed up on time, got all bags in and out, nice day at the castle. Showed up on time at the port. Make sure to have cruise luggage tags on, saves a step at the end. Bus had AC and we had a bathroom break but we were early heading to the castle.

We only had 1.5, at the most, hours ar Windsor Castle. We were picked up on time at 7:15 in central London (W Hotel) in a black van that had already picked up another central London family. But then after transferring to the bus we made 8 more stops, including 3, very time consuming stops at the airport before heading to Windsor Castle. There are VERY long lines there and we were very disappointed with the organization and lack of time at the one stop, which we anticipated to be a highlight. If the tour company can get its various pickups better scheduled and the “guide” gave us at least some info ((only info was about the pick-up and drop-off) I like the idea of this tour. But, disappointing all around., though we did make it to the cruise port timely. Just poor pick-up management for the price.

This was a wonderful way to see a historical landmark and get to our cruise ship in comfort. Our driver was punctual and Windsor Castle was amazingly beautiful. I really liked the small town of Windsor as well.
