The museum was amazing sadly this booking looks like a scam. The booking through Viator was a disaster. I booked the audio guided tour which was supposed to skip the lines. There was no one at the museum that knew Viator. There was no audio tour. The support chat did nothing but say use the email. All steps in the email were followed specifically. Complete waste of time and money. I would say by the customer service that I received after this purchase. This is a scam. Sadly I chose this tour with this company as I have used them before. But never again.

Impressionist art floor number 5. This is the best museum we have been to for Impressionist paintings.

Loved the museum, but when we arrived, our tickets did not show that we get the audio units. It wasn’t till later while we were in the museum that we received another set of tickets with the ticket to get the audios. By then it was too late. Talked to them, and, nothing happened.

The visit to Orsay was great. We didn’t have any problems getting inside and receiving the audio guide as well. The audio guide isn’t really needed. I do recommend, if arriving early (9:30-10:00) to get up to the 5th floor at first, as later it might get crowded.

Wonderful opportunity to see some very important pieces. Our only problem was that we went on a Tuesday. Perhaps because the Louvre is closed on Tuesdays, it was beyond crowded to the extent that it was actually difficult to move about and hard to get close enough to see some pieces.

We never received the actual scannable tickets. I tried to contact the tour operator with the messaging link and the phone number listed but no one answered. I require a refund.

This was totally not worth the money. I paid extra money for skip the line tickets and was put in the regular line at the entrance and for the special exhibit. There was no benefit whatsoever for this money.

Great museum- I suggest going as early as you can to enjoy exhibits- first hour was great- second hour was so busy I spent most of my time navigating people instead of enjoying. I truly thought the time slots would help with crowds 😟
