Florence was an amazing tour guide and made our visit to the Louvre memorable. I would have been too overwhelmed by the vast collection without her.

Getting the tickets in advance was a game changer. It was a breeze and we’ll only do that going forward.

Cancelled without any warning. Ruined our day. We went on time and the museum was closed with no notification. Tour co. needs better contact with the museum.

Amazing! Tickets to the museum + for the audio guides were emailed the day before and we simply downloaded them to our phones. We went on a rainy day and there was still a huge line. With these tickets, we were able to bypass the majority of it! We still waited a little at the very front of the building, but it was like 5 min. You can scan the tickets from your phone. The audio guides were a great guide to background info about the art pieces. The rooms with the large Monet paintings are pretty crowded, but we still enjoyed it. The rest of the collection is really cool too! We spent about 2.5hrs going through the entire museum. I highly recommend buying tickets ahead of time, just be aware that these tickets cannot be changed or refunded!

I purchased a Reserved Access and Audio Guided Tour of the Musee de L'Orangerie. The voucher from Viator that I downloaded to my Phone Wallet was REJECTED by the Museum as INVALID, but the young lady at the door granted access, anyway, because the voucher had the correct description, time and date on it. However, the Museum would NOT provide the audio guides as it said it does not honor the Viator vouchers; I had to REPURCHASE the audio guides directly from the museum. I am just glad the particular young lady at the door permitted my husband and I to enter the Museum.

Beautifully exhibited works by renowned impressionist masters as well as some lesser-known but significant artists of the era. crowded yet not impossible as some museums might be. Poor cafe fare, but sufficient for a quick bite.
