We had no problem trading in our voucher for tickets. However, there was not a line. You can simply walk in and get tickets whenever you want. No need to skip the line. This was an interactive museum. You can manipulate some of da Vinci’s inventions. They have films that explain some of his works in detail. They also have a case of a few of his actual notebook pages. My husband and I enjoyed this as a couple but it would also be great if we had our kids with us.

Very interactive - with samples of Leonardo's machines which I could experiment with. Descriptions were in in English so did not need any audio guide.

Beautiful museum, with a lot of interesting information on DaVincis ideas and thought processes. Working examples of his concepts.

Not as exciting as expected but very informative for adults. Not a good place to take children. Also no bathroom

There system of audio did not correspond to that part of the exhibit. But overall shows his exceptional intellect

A fantastic interactive experience with a lot of recreations. Staff is nice and friendly, the explanations on all exhibits were extremely informative and there are plenty of interactive exhibits to see how Leonardos work worked and could spark some historic interest with the kids.
