The staff was extremely personable and helpful! My date had difficulty finding parking, and the staff helped us! They also were extremely patient and made the experience so fun!

We went pretty close to closing but the staff were so nice and accomodating! Thank you so much for staying later than closing for late comers like us. The ice creams were all incredibly tasty, even the hot dog with all the trimmings! So many cool things to look at, the cocktails were super tasty (could have drunk many more!) and again we can’t thank your staff enough for being so nice and chatty! Had a wonderful time and wish we had so much more time to spend there!

What a disappointment! Unlimited ice cream? Yes … sorta. Dove bar, tiny cone with pink dyed vanilla ice cream, then tiny scoop of strawberry cheesecake or coconut vanilla, then hot dog ice cream and finally a small scoop of one of four flavors. We thought the flavors would be exciting. Nope. Very boring rooms for the most part. Sprinkle pool was great for photo ops. Tickets must be purchased online even while standing there. Huge fee tacked on so it was over $100 for the two of us. Then you have to sign waivers while standing there with no time to read them. Extremely overpriced and overrated. Definitely better for little ones who would love the idea of unlimited ice cream. Was definitely embarrassed that I dragged my adult son with me so I could experience this. Would not recommend at this price. Oh! Some employees were engaged, two others seemed ready to fall asleep.

You must purchase your ticket on line. They will make you stand outside in the cold, wind and rain to purchase online even though they have a seemingly capable employee in the entrance. I think this is because the website tries to upsell you on multiple things you won't want once inside. It's actually hard to by-pass buying the VIP tickets ($68) in favor of general admission tickets ($27). It kept telling me general admission was sold out, even though it wasn't. The only reason you'd want a vip ticket is to bypass the line if it is long. When we went this was not an issue. Our tickets totaled $81, but they added over $35 dollars for tax and costs. I don't know what costs those were as I bought the tickets directly from the museum website. It seems a bit like false advertising to me. Once inside you immediately get a dove bar and are immersed in bubble gum pink which is the color throughout. The first room is a 50's style Ice cream shop that charges additional amounts for non-included items such as milkshakes and adult beverages. I recommend waiting on these items until you have gone through the other rooms as you will probably get enough ice cream without needing to purchase more. The place is set up in a circular fashion with adjoining rooms that bring you back to the ice cream shop at the end. Each room has a different theme and most have a type of ice cream available to try. Including pink colored vanilla soft serve, strawberry sundaes, vegan chocolate cones and hot dog flavored ice cream served in a pink bun garnished with real mustard and relish. You can go back for more as many times as you want. There are 3 miniature golf holes in the hot dog room which were fun, but don't rise too the "indoor miniature golf course" as advertised. There are games such as wack-a-mole, basketball toss, and water guns in one room. Another has refrigerator magnets you are to use to answer questions. There is a room with plastic bananas hanging from the ceiling, and there is various ice cream trivia posted throughout the museum. You pass through the sprinkle pool on your way out of the museum. It is like a ball pit but shaped like a pool complete with 2 diving boards and a slide. It is filled with large plastic sprinkles you can jump and play in. Adults were doing it too. Kids can burn off a little of their sugar high before leaving. It was an interesting an odd little museum, I'm not sure I'd do it again.

This place was very underwhelming. Other than the sprinkle room it is not geared toward kids and families. The music being played was something you would hear in a bar or club. The exhibits and the ice cream included were sub par, not very entertaining and not very good. The ticket price does not justify what you get. I would not recommend this to anyone. If you love ice cream pick your favorite ice cream shop, spend 1/8 of the price and eat "unlimited" ice cream there.
