Educational and fun. Loved the sheep shearing info, host was knowledgeable and interesting. Highly recommend

We were taken out to the station from Longreach to the station with great commentary along the way. The countryside was really dry. Once there we were taken to a shearing demonstration with Jeremy. What a character! He explained while shearing all the intricacies about cattle raising and the types of wool. Dog was beautiful as well. Great demo and learnt so much. After this we were put on a open double decker bus. Had earphones and driven around the station to look at all the different cattle (and wildlife) that were on there. Really interesting. At the end of that part, when we had been driven around and shown all we were taken for a damper lunch of roast beef and Billy tea. Great to be shown all this, then driven back to town. Very informative and interesting day.

Great morning out hearing about the day to day running of a sheep station. Nice saddlebag lunch provided…very good commentary from the hosts

This was such a great tour - interesting and fun. Jeremy took our tour and he seriously made it so much fun. He really had everyone laughing while telling us so many great stories.

Recently visited Nogo Station and it was very informative. Jeremy definitely makes this tour fun. Would be nice to actually see a sheep being clipped. Morning tea was lovely - apple, dampener, roast beef sandwich, if you have kids that are fussy eaters I would definitely take your own. Water supplied during the tour. Lots of animals to see. A definite must do on your trip to Longreach.

All the trip was very enjoyable. We are now a bit better informed about farming in the Outback. So different from growing up in Scotland. Host was so knowledgable (And entertaining!) Nice to have someone with "hands on" experience.

Our third tour with Outback Pioneers led by the fantastic Jeremy. I think my favourite tour! His knowledge, humour and love of his hometown was obvious! His talk in the woodshed was wonderful; so great to hear from someone so genuine and who has actually experienced the woodshed. The tour of the station in an open top double decker bus, listening to J about the stock, fauna and history of Nogo was very interesting. Lunch under the shade of a coolibah tree, in the vast paddocks-very special. Thank you Outback Pioneers- 3 tours, money spent well worth it!

Jeremy, our tour guide, elevated our experience from fabulous to exceptional. His funny and knowledgeable commentary combined with beautiful scenery and a superb attention to detail package from Outback Pioneer left us with wonderful memories and stories to tell

This was a very informative visit to a genuine sheep station. Jeremy gave very informed rundown on shearing showing actual sheep in pen. Loved his sheep dog and how they are so important on farm. I saw sheep camels goats cows and bird life. Well worth trip.also had Smokey and billy tea around campfire.

Loved this tour as it shows just how much hard work is put into the station and what it entails. Such a great way to learn about what these farmers do with their knowledge and abilities. Very impressed.
