Do not buy these. Very unclear that you have to go to the actual site of Sainte Chappelle to book time slot. We could not use on our trip because there weren’t any time slots available during our stay. Very misleading.

Paul_P

Unfortunately, I got confused and thought my visit was scheduled for today, Monday, and not yesterday. It was the last thing on my bucket list before flying home tomorrow. I’m sick but have only myself to blame!

Actually, we weren’t able to enter. Having purchased tickets online in advance, we didn’t realize that we also were required to make a reservation. This is our oversight, of course, but it would have been nice to have had an alternative entry option, given that we had purchased tickets and were already in Paris when we realized our error.

Absolutely stunning! I'm glad we purchased the timed tickets in advance. A bit tricky in that you must go to the Monuments website to get your timed entry, but well worth the effort.

Be careful when you purchase a ticket, it is non refundable. You will still have to go to the Sainte Chapelle web site to reserve a space once you have your ticket. .This is a very popular sight, I recommend checking that there are openings available before purchasing a ticket. When I went to reserve a spot there were no openings available during my stay in Paris.

Although the buildings were beautiful we were underwhelmed. One of our tickets did not scan and we were told that we did not receive a ticket with 2 adults printed on it, despite holding it in our hand. Then we were told that we did not have a scheduled time, despite the time being printed across the top of the ticket. Beauty vs aggravation? I would have preferred to explore the area on foot without being annoyed.

We were unable to use this ticket. We were sold this ticket then had to get on the national monument website to complete the booking. Entrance was sold out for every day we were in Paris. We feel this was a bait and switch. Trip advisor needs to know that we were taken advantage of by this company. We have requested our money back. We have reached out to the company since our arrival in Paris for the past 6 days. There has been no response.

We were sold tickets they did not have….we paid Viator for tickets….and then they sent us to the website for Saint Chapelle which was sold out for the week we were there…I contacted viator and they were not helpful….and did not refund our tickets fee. Be careful what you buy with them! We ended up getting a guided tour through Tiquets that was very good!

We did not get to do this experience due to no tickets being available, despite the fact that Viator sold us tickets for the specific day, indicating there was availability. Their solution was for our group to just find a different day for us to go yet that was not possible as there are no tickets available for at least a week out and we were in Paris for 3 days. I do not know how they can sell tickets for a day when none are available and then refuse to provide a refund for the 7 tickets we purchased. I reached out to the venue and did not receive a response. Super shady and disappointing.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Sainte-Chapelle. But since I was last there, now they require reservations, which weren’t available on their site. So I looked on TripAdvisor, and found tickets which were combo tickets instead (so €22 instead of the regular €13 entry) but they were available on the day we could go, so I bought them. HOWEVER: What they don’t tell you is even with the day tickets, you ALSO need a reservation directly from Sainte-Chapelle— which was of course sold out. I messaged them to request a refund and never heard back; we showed up right when Sainte-Chapelle opened and they have a line for folks without tickets (!!) which is where they put us since we didn’t have reservations. So basically, I wasted €18 because I wound up in the no tickets line anyway. Very disappointed in both TripAdvisor and Avator.
