Guide didn’t turn up and I didn’t get the tour I booked. Guide could not be contacted. I’ve requested a refund for services NOT received.

Guide never showed up. Zero communication from anyone. I DO NOT recommend. I messaged the operator couple of times. Went unanswered, ruined my itinerary on my first day. The castle was also sold out so I could not even go to the castle by myself

Our guide talked about himself too much and gave way to much detailed information. His voice was high pitched and annoying

Lisa_H

Very terrible experience. Book the private tour for VIP guests with pick up and left the mobile number for urgent contact. Time passed no phone no pick up. Call back to aviator to find no solution. Very bad!
