Worst communication I've ever had from a company. Slip number was wrong, no one could tell us where to line up, they changed the departure time after booking, and there were only about thirty top-level chairs for more than one hundred passengers. There's no reason they couldn't add more top-level seating. We came an hour early, but were told we were in the wrong line. We weren't but they made us leave anyway. Bu the time we were allowed back in the line, we couldn't get a good seat. But the communication problems will take more work. I'd book with a other company.

The best part of the cruise was seeing the Statue of Liberty so close, I never expected that. The cruise staff were very professional and the commentary was very clear with just the right amount of loudness. The boat was nice and clean. I enjoyed the whole experience.

The boat crew were great and the views were lovely. There was a scheduling mix up and they pushed our departure time back by a half hour without any communication until after we arrived. Very limited seating.

The pier was impossible to get into in the day we were scheduled. There was construction, flag men, rain and terrible traffic. We arrived five minutes late and they were pulling out. NO ONE WAS AG THE PIER. There were no team members in a kiosk or any way to check to see if a later boat could be scheduled. I texted, called and emailed and never heard back from the company. We bought tickets for the ferry out to the Statue for one-third. What a fraud.

I arrived 2 minutes late they didn't let me get on the boat and they didn't allow me to get on the next tour and they didn't want to return the money and I didn't want them to return it to me I just wanted them to let me get on the next tour so as not to lose the money and they didn't accept they are inconsiderate and bad service I would never buy anything with them again

I paid for the 60 minutes cruise and added the option to tour the One World Observatory. I paid a total of $179 and they never sent me the tickets to the observatory only for the cruise! To make matters worse I got the run around and neither Viator nor the 3rd party who they said was responsible for sending the tickets would help. I got bounced around and got no where and I didn't get my money back. I'm disputing with my bank and I'm writing a bad review on multiple websites. Since I am the owner of a marketing company I'm about to flood the internet about this experience so when they search there will be multiple post about my experience. It's going to cost them alot more then my refund. All they had to do was the right thing. They got wrong one this time!

It was a great boat ride and you get pretty close to the statue too! They also gave alot of information about the different structures around the statue as well. It was 60 mins and perfectly fit pour schedule. It was our last day in NYC. If you want to get down at the island, book a longer one but this was short and sweet.

I got scammed I purchased the 60 minute statue of liberty with the observatory option. They only sent me tickets for the cruise an I couldn't get a refund. Stay away buy your tickets directly from the location. Stay away from 3 party vendors

Great location to pick up boat and speedy transfer onto the boat. Great vibe by the crew on board with a full commentary on all the sights and buildings throughout the cruise. Great choice of food and drinks on board at very good prices. Great overall trip and well worth the money
