Did the lunchtime Ord river cruise,our skipper Marbo and trainee Jana were excellant guides and Marbos local knowledge was amazing.Lunch at a secluded undercover area was really good,overall this is the best trip we have done and would highly recommend triplej for tours.And congratulations to Marbo on 3 years,well done

An early morning start down to the boat ramp at Kununurra saw all 20 of us board a flat bottomed boat skippered by a very experienced boatman known as Mabo. He was full of stories of the Ord and Lake Argyle its construction and use including the wildlife of the area. After about 3 hours of cruising, we pulled in a specially design part of the river bank where we had a delightful lunch all organised by Mabo. We then continued cruising for another hour to the spillway where the cruise ended. Mabo then at the end of the cruise took over driving duties and drove the bus, taking us to the historic Durack home and then back to Kununurra. Mabo was certainly very versatile and entertaining. A great day spent in a wonderful part of the country.

We had a sensational day with Jeff and Joey from Triple J tours. The boat ride was so much fun, Jeff’s extensive knowledge of the area and great sense of humour really made the day. The lunch was perfect. I would highly recommend this tour.

We departed from Kununurra to explore the ord river. From the start we were supplied with an entertainment lesson regarding the river & surrounding country side. An enjoyable lunch was provided & after reaching the Ord Dam we were then ferried by bus back to Kununurra on the way visiting the Durack homestead. A very enjoyable outing.

A fantastic tour of the Ord River scheme. Started with an excellent cruise on Lake Kununurra which was very informative and entertaining. Included lunch at an amazing riverbank location. Joey the guide/driver was very informative and entertaining and also an excellent driver.
