Unfortunately this was not a great experience. There was no atmosphere in the area where the show took place … this could simply have been due to a lack of audience in the area. The speaking was muffled and the meal …. Not great. So disappointed, as we were really looking forward to this show.

BE WARNED!! We have booked a large family vacation for 4 nights at Disneyland, and thought it would be fun to book the VIP Dinner at Pirates Dinner Adventure. We booked and paid in full back in December. They called this past Sunday, 3 days prior to our reservation, to cancel due to "Not enough reservations for that evening"! and when I called back to get a refund, the agent told us it was "Due to technical difficulties", which was a lie!!! So now, we have nothing to do that evening with our family. When I called for the refund, they said that they could rebook us and they normally don't give refunds. I insisted that they give us a refund, and we wouldn't be rebooking. I DID get a refund, but beware! Have a back up plan as they don't really care about your "entertainment" only profit.

The cast did a great job. The show had some great choreography, the actors were fun and funny and I loved how they included children from the audience in so many aspects. The set and lighting were fanatsic! The food and the drinks were lackluster, but thats not why you go to a show like this, just temper your expectations on that front

It was amazing 👏. We had the regular chicken dinner and dang I was pleasantly surprised how juicy, tender, and flavorful it was. Mashed potatoes were great 👍. The veggies were nicely steamed and seasoned well. The show was fantastic 👏. Very kid-friendly but also fun for adults. Our server was Karrigan and her service is top-notch 👌. Never had to ask for refills. The entertainers interacted with the crowd and got everyone to participate which only enhanced the experience. Will go again, especially to see their vampire show for Halloween 🎃. I will suggest this place to my friends, family and strangers.

The food was excellent and the play fun. All in all a great dinner experience for our evening! We discovered it on the internet and would gladly return another time, assuming the storyline is different.

If I could give a 0, I would. I do not recommend this place. I will make sure to let family, friends, or anyone that is even thinking about attending to save their money. The night my family and I attended was a "media night" aka a bunch of influencers with their cameras. Now I understand a business wanting exposure and expanding their business through social media, but I was never made aware of this when I purchased my tickets. I only became aware of this when we attended the event. By then, I had already paid for our tickets and they have a no refund policy. Now, I can get over the fact that mine and my family's faces will appear on some random influencer's social media page. But what was really upsetting and ruined the entire night was how these influencers got special treatment compared to actual paying customers like myself and my family. We were seated in the corner where we had an obstructed view and we could only see a portion of the stage while the influences had better seating. There were so many open seats with better viewing and when we asked to be moved they declined.

This was really fun. My 5 year old son loved it. The show was excellent. The actors really played their parts well and performed some really cool stunts. The kids get to participate and my son was overjoyed about getting to go up on stage. The food and drinks were really good and their servers were friendly and provided prompt service. The gift shop had a lot of really cool toys and souvenirs for kids. This was a great thing to do prior to going to Disneyland.

The performers are incredible! So much talent in this cast. Well directed too. Lots of cool stunts, hilarious comedy moments and a ton of fun! They also have seasonal show offerings so you can easily go again and again and have a new experience.

Went with my three friends for my birthday and had an amazing time. Booking and check-in were easy, we got our pictures taken and then sat in the bar area to wait for the show. We were put in the purple section, I thought the view was fantastic and the seats were comfortable enough. The Vampirates show was awesome, we were told before going in it was competitive but didn't think we'd get swept up in it - we were wrong, we were soon cheering and shouting for our team. As it was my birthday we got picked to take part in the flag game which was fun although we were racing against children! The pirate for our section was really nice, wished me a happy birthday and took pictures with us afterwards. I thought the food tasted fine, I wasn't expecting fine dining but I thought the three courses were decent. My only complaint would be the confusion over the drink, our waiter listed the drinks we could get and I didn't like any of them so I asked if I could get some juice, was told no, asked if I could get some water then, also told no. We were then asked if we wanted any cocktails so I asked a different waiter if I could get juice and they said that was fine they'd just have to get it from the other bar? Even if it had been an extra charge I just wanted a drink I actually liked on my birthday! I did have to chase it up but eventually got my juice. Overall I'm glad I spent my birthday here and would return in the future, I had a really good time.

I'll start by saying my one positive thing Saxton our pirate was amazing he interacted with the three small kids in our party and they loved it even got my son a ticket onstage for his birthday . We made our reservation a month ago for my sons birthday with our party of 15. Once we were seated we quickly realized treat there were 15 place settings but not 15 seats for our party. My husband asked for the manager and Erica came down my husband tried to explain and refused to listen and flat out said there was nothing she could do to help us. One member of the party had no seat. They moved him right next to us which was fine then shortly told him to move out of the seat. He was never served any food and finally got up and left the venue entirely. My husband again addressed management and Erica basically threatened him and said she was going to throw him out. My husband never cursed or was even rude he was direct and to the point. He said fine refund me for my seat and I'll wait for my son to finish his birthday. Erica then came to approach me and said she would move my entire row to the row above me at this point the show had started she could have done this an hour ago so she basically wanted to move 15 people all our food and drinks as we were in the second course in the dark to the row above us! Are you kidding me! I had grandparents in my party one who is partially blind!!!. I told her I needed to speak with my husband and she said she was done speaking with him. Once the other member of our party left without even eating we tried to finish out the rest of our party with my son. The security guard then came in proceeded to stand at the stairs next to our aisle and stare at my husband for the next 45 minutes also during this time Érica would come in talk to him while staring at my husband and giggling. Clearly trying to agitate him or make him uncomfortable. Erica is an unprofessional child and shouldn't be a member of the management team. I should mention that I watched as the family in the row in front of us had the same problem the was a man who was literally sat at the end of a counter That ended in a point! That has to be at least a fire hazard. I would never never come here again which is a shame cause the performers are good. Medieval Times is right next door and way better organized!
