Booked the transfer months ago and reconfirmed a couple of days ago. They had our flight info and it’s easy for them to find the baggage carousel at CDG our luggage would come in on. We waited outside the luggage exit where they should have been. No one there. We waited a half hour. No one. Our travel agent called and they yelled at her. Horrible customer service. Only use them if you want to not have a ride.

For the first time we went to the beautiful city of Paris. My children were very happy and enthusiastic about the trip. The reason is because we also reserved two days for Paris Disneyland. My wife and I were worried about how to choose a private transfer. To get from the airport to the city, and two days after go to Paris Disney Land and again two days after go back to the airport. We didn't decide to book all three transfers at once and booked first transfer from CDG to our hotel in Paris. If their service is excellent, then to book remaining two. After our google search we chose Win Transfer Paris. Because they have fantastic reviews. We received a confirmation email from them in less than 10 minutes after the booking. Moreover, two days before the trip I received a reminding message via WhatsApp. We found out at Heathrow airport that our flight was delayed by 3 hours due to bad weather. But Win Transfer communicated it to us from Paris to arrive without any disappointment, our driver will be waiting for us. As soon as we landed, driver informed me through a wutsapp message "Welcome to Paris - driver from Win Transfer". After collecting our luggage, we met the driver with our name in a android tablet at the exit. He even took our luggage to the Van.He talked to our children very kindly. Drove very carefully. Fantastic service, used this private shuttle from Rouen to CDG. We are family with 3 kids. Actually this is my 3rd time with Win Transfer. Every time excellent well organized service start to end of the journey. Our driver sam really good person. He was on time and speaking good English. Also he was a very helpful. We requested a child seat for our son and the correct one was provided and it was of high quality. The vehicles were clean, tidy and spacious.
