A very enjoyable afternoon on a lovely old boat. The commentary was informative and entertaining, and the afternoon tea was a nice touch. We saw 4 crocs on our tour and were given plenty of time to take photos of each.

Great trip. Snacks and drinks with the commentary alone was worth the price. The captain was very knowledgeable about all the wildlife and the area. Learned a lot about the history. If you booked on Viator, it won't give you full directions to the location. Go all the way to the deck and ask for the boat seen in the picture. Also, boarding starts 15minutes before leaving, another thing that wasn't on Viator. Note that crocs like to come out when the sun is warmer than the temp of the water and when it's low tide so check before going off you really want to see one. We saw a 1m (3ft), 2m and 3m croc and it was very cool.

Fabulous experience, beautiful adventurous day. The information given was thick & fast & so very informative. We were very fortunate to view 3 crocodiles on low/mid tide. Our skipper went to great lengths to give us every opportunity to view & record without stressing these prehistoric survivors. Service of light healthy snack box & beverage was provided with a huge smile. We couldn’t ask for more. Fellow passengers were all very happy & friendly. Feel rude I can’t remember skipper & 2nd mates names! They both deserve to be mentioned!!

We did the sunset cruise and although it was raining we were still able to see crocs. Very informative and we were looked after while on board with a cold drink and snack. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful, relaxing and interesting trip when we took the river cruise 24/5/2024 at 12:30. We saw 4 crocs, several birds and got a lot of information about Port Douglas, the river and the wildlife. But we guess that the time of year and that it was low tide were the reason for the many crocs.

Fantastic tour, highly recommend, we saw crocodiles! Drinks and snack box were a very pleasant addition. Very knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide!

We had a lovely time and Russell & Ella made it a wonderfully memorable experience. Russell was very informative and entertaining. He really knows his stuff and threw in some great humour with it 😄 I would definitely recommend this cruise. We didn't really spot any crocs, maybe a little one just below the water surface, but that did not detract from the experience. Well done Russell and Ella!! You made our day! 😊
