Kann leider auch diese Tour nicht empfehlen. Ich war 15 Min vor der vereinbarten Zeit am Alexanderplatz, habe allerdings keine Commerzbank gefunden, auch die vor Ort anwesenden Polizisten konnten mir nicht helfen und haben mir versichert dass es keine Commerzbank am Alex gibt. Laut Plan war ich am verabredeten und richtigen Startpunkt. Ich bin ganz verzweifelt 5x um den Brunnen gelaufen und immer nach jemanden Ausschau gehalten der nach einem Guide aussehen könnte, aber leider niemanden gefunden/gesehen. Auch keine Gruppe die nach Führung aussieht.. Also entweder war ich komplett falsch oder es war niemand da. Wenn ich falsch war dann sollte man den Startpunkt besser wählen, ein Geschäft dass es wirklich gibt, bzw wäre es sicher hilfreich wenn der Guide deutlich als solcher zu erkennen ist. Samstag Abend geht es am Alex ziemlich zu, da sind mega viele Menschen unterwegs. Ich habe dann versucht den Veranstalter mittels schriftlicher Nachricht zu erreichen, aber natürlich auch keine Hilfe erhalten. Gegen 21 Uhr, als die Führung zu Ende sein sollte bekam ich dann eine bitterböse Antwort von jemanden von der "Geschäftsleitung" : -->Ich werde Sie melden, da Sie Touren buchen und nicht erscheinen. Eine Rückerstattung wird nicht vorgenommen Es ist von Ihnen unverantwortlich, dass eine ganze Gruppe nur auf Sie wartet und Sie nicht erscheinen. Es ist gelogen, dass Sie um 19:00 Uhr am vereinbarten Treffpunkt waren. Ihnen wird hiermit Hausverbot erteilt, d.h. Sie dürfen an keinen weiteren Führungen teilnehmen. Gruß J.Reginka Geschäftsführung Fand ich sehr nett.. keine Entschuldigung, oder Erklärung. Warum gibt man Telefonnummern an oder bietet einen Chat an wenn man dann niemanden erreicht? Bei anderen Veranstaltern wird man angerufen, (Handynummer war ja hinterlegt) wenn man sich verspätet oder am falschen Ort ist. Dann wird man zum richtigen gelotst und trifft sich dann doch, aber hier nichts. Ich hoffe es gibt mind eine Entschuldigung, nicht nur von dieser Person.
