Had a great time with this tour. They continue with the tour despite I was the sole traveler. The tour includes pick up and drop off service. The drop off service was great. I had way more whiskey than expected; tour, prepurchase tasting, and optional flights. Steff is knowledgeable and the schedule was flexible. The whiskey manufacturing process is similar for many distilleries. We skipped facility tour after the 2nd distillery and went straight for the tasting only. Steff arranged lunch to pair with the tasting.

Not a good experience. The driver was nearly 30min early to my hotel, and I was just lucky I was ready to go. The driver never introduced himself and didn’t explain where we were going. For the first 15min I was under the impression we were on our way to pick-up or meet-up with others. It wasn’t until I asked that the driver said I was on my own. I suddenly felt very awkward, and as a solo female traveler, a little unsafe. I tried initiating conversation about where we were going, but he made clear he wasn’t interested in chatting. It was awkward and lonely - an Uber/taxi, not a tour. I wish I could have my day back.

Stefano was an excellent guide to all the whiskey distilleries and was incredibly accommodating when handling our requests. Highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to enjoy a proper amount of delicious whiskey and learn how it’s made, and the history behind it! Circa tours is definitely on our radar the next time we visit Scotland! Thanks very much Stefano for an amazing experience!!!

The driver didn’t give us a wee dram as promised and he barely spoke to us. There was no information or commentary at all. It was odd and unsettling.

This was a fantastic tour. Stef, the tour guide and driver, was extremely friendly and kind. He provided interesting information along the way and made for a very relaxing tour experience. He made sure the distillery admission process would be quick and easy. He arrived on time for hotel pick-up and was very accommodating. It was a flawless experience. The distilleries are really interesting and informative. Passionate and experience staff at both locations.

A very pleasant way to spend a day. All the distilleries were very friendly and the staff's passions for what they do shines through in everything they say. Nice to see the scenery moving between the stops and especially if you have a good tour guide which we did. Speaking of... our tour guide was AMAZING! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Great conversationalist and truly went out of his way to ensure we had a amazing trip. I cannot sing his praises enough.

We had a great whisky tour booked through Serca with Ross. We were able to arrange for a pickup at our cruise ship and toured 2 distilleries (I think the normal itinerary has 3, but the cruise port pickup up added extra driving- we had a bit of city tour and walk around instead). Ross was knowledgeable and a lot of fun- he had some great stories to share as he drove us around. He knew exactly where he was going and had everything booked and the day went smoothly. He also shared some excellent drams with us in the van. Highly recommend!

Sergio took really good care of us. Gave us useful tips and valuable information. You would think that visiting 3 distilleries would be an overkill but they were all different. In my country we say same same but different - and that is good.

Communication from staff is non-existent and company is completely unreliable. They will ruin your vacation. Reservation for a full day tour was made weeks in advance, confirmation was received via email and payment was taken by the company. Day before tour, auto reminder was received via email. I called company to confirm pick-up time and location. I was then told that they had record of my payment but had no record of my reservation and no room to honor my reservation. Funny how that works. What company doesn't confirm a reservation with payment and just accepts a payment blindly?! This company does just that. This was my last day in Glasgow and only opportunity to tour. Avoid this company at all costs!
