Based on the description, we were expecting a knowledgeable and professional guide. This may have been no more than a taxi service. There was no narration or historical context to anything, in fact, little knowledge imparted about one of the most historical stops: the steam clock. We were dropped off at the market to find our way and no expectation set. On our last stop before heading back, the guide, Chen, was non too subtle and asked (more like demanded) $15-20 per person for tip. He did nothing but drive us there to demand such. In our extensive travel, we've never encountered this. Other passengers, from around the world, expressed their dislike and intimidating approach to tipping. I wish we could have our money back.

It was a very informative trip. The guide knew so much information and took us to some amazing spots. We got enough time in each stop to really take it in, shop, eat, and take picture.

Our experience was excellent! Great tour guide, attractions to see, lots of interesting things and places to visit. A day isn’t enough to see everything or fully explore all places of interest.

Warning to everyone taking a tour with Viator. The Vancouver ticket says you only need a photo ID. We were not aware you needed a passport even though we knew we were going to Canada. However, because the ticket says you only needed a photo ID, we thought that the tour could go in and out in a matter of hours without the need of a passport. Therefore, we could not go. We never even started our trip. Viator refuses to refund us the over $300 we paid. Horrible company with no responsibility. Very deceiving. Please do not use them at all. I would be surprised if they post this comment. Probably not.
