Loved our guide Manuel! Farorite part was Little Havana walk a bout due to the rich culture there. Very informative tour and our guide gave us water and watched to make sure we didn’t get overheated. Boat ride was nice but nothing special

I booked a city and boat tour online 3 months in advance and messaged them the day before to check that the trip was still going ahead, to be asked if we minded changing to the following day as they were having mechanical difficulties. We agreed provided it wasn’t postponed again as we only had one spare day left. On the day there were only 5 others on the trip so I suspect the change of date was actually due to a low number on our original date. Wynwood walls was mostly a drive through with a stop for a couple of photos. Little Havana was somewhat of a disappointment. We’d rather have walked and seen a bit more of the area than spend time at a cigar shop, shirt shop, food stop and mojito bar. There is no pressure to buy but it felt like a waste of our time. The itinerary does state these are the stops but I didn’t realise it was all we would be doing on this stop, and that they were so close together and was all we’d actually see. We didn’t stop at Key Biscayne at all for the skyline photos, and no explanation was given. I assume that too much time had been wasted in Little Havana to allow a stop here. Once we were dropped at Bayside Marketplace the driver reminded us that the transport back to South Beach was no longer provided and we needed to get an Uber or a bus. It felt like “sort yourself out, this is where our tour ends”. I had already had a web chat about this as I’d actually looked at their website site a few months prior to booking and it stated the return was included. I hadn’t thought to check it again before actually making the booking. It was only once I’d booked I noticed it on the confirmation. There were no yellow taxis and we wouldn’t have had a clue about buses. Luckily a group of 3 offered to let us share their Uber back to Ocean Drive as we don’t have an account. The cost was $20 for a seven seater. This needs to be noted if you don’t use Uber. The others on the tour weren’t aware of this at all as they’d booked through an out of date leaflet picked up in resort. Tips were pushed for heavily just before we disembarked. I’m sorry if this seems negative after all the good reviews but I always give an honest review of my experiences, and found this one somewhat disappointing.

If the people are fun, these activities are fun. Our guide, Manuel, was terrific. He was lively and informative. The other guests were engaged and enjoyed themselves. We all chatted together throughout the day. While this is not an in-depth way to get to know Miami, it's a great way to get a sense of what some parts of the city are like. Go with an open mind and have some fun!

We couldn’t have had a better experience. Manuel was extremly knowledgeable and entertaining. We’ve tried his 2 restaurant recommendations and they were outstanding. Would definitely recommend this tour with Manuel!!!

The tour guide shared a wealth of historical information about the area. Seemed to really like his job. Learned a lot about the area. Didn't feel rushed. Highly recommend this tour.

LINDA_S

Tour and tour guides were wonderful. Both tour guides were very knowledgeable and had interesting tidbits of the different sights.

This was a very well-structured trip. Manuel picked us up at the allocated time, and took us around several key areas in Miami - Ocean Drive, Wynwood (Art District), Little Havana among others. We found Manuel to be very knowledgeable and courteous. It seemed he picked the best parts of these areas for us. The second part of the experience - the boat cruise - was also great! It was nice to pass by all the celebrities' houses on Star Island. As well, the tour guide's commentary was hilarious! Overall, an awesome experience! We highly recommend this to others.

This was a tour and more. Manuel was absolutely excellent in his history story telling and recreating the authentic Little Havana with tastes of the Cuban coffee, mojito and empanadas. A visit to the Cuban cigar place where they were being handmade. Honestly could not recommend this more. The boat trip too was fantastic Ricky the boat guide was excellent

Kevin_W

Loved the entire tour. Manuel was very engaging and seemed to know everyone at every place we visited! We had an excellent time with city and boat tour (5 hrs)
