The beauty of Monet’s gardens defy description - they really have to be seen to be believed. I would have liked more time to explore, maybe have lunch at the cute restaurant on the property.

Very happy with the overall tour. Driver arrived exactly on time. The drive from Paris to Giverny was very pleasant. Gardens were impressive. Only improvement would be having more time to enjoy these stunning gardens.

His garden was amazing, his lulu pond surreal just like you were there as he painted a scene and his home amazing. I felt so lucky to be able to roamFreely they his property and home. I went to Giverny on June 6th with my wife on your tour paying 234 euros. Your website says “ pickup at your Paris accommodation at 1.15 for a minibus journey of around 1hour and 15 minutes to Giverny “ . “After your two hour visit you will return to your Paris accommodation by minibus” . I was contacted on the morning of the tour to say we would be picked up at 12.30 . A car arrived and drove us into Paris to Paris City vision office - this took an hour . We then got on the minibus which then had to visit two other parts of Paris to pick up other people . Only after that we went to giverny where we finally arrived at 3.15 pm so not the direct 1 hour 15 we were promised in the information . Coming back we left at 5.20. As we approached Paris City Vision office the traffic was so bad the driver suggested we got out and walked in the pouring rain assuring us she had booked a taxi to take us from your office to our accommodation . At the office no one could locate the taxi and the lady we spoke to to help simply disappeared . Eventually we gave up waiting and found the nearest metro, we finally arrived at our accommodation at 8.15 very wet and cold. I asked for a return of the money given we had not had what we were promised. I received a standard reply to say that your postravel service would come back to me as soon as possible. That was on June 7th. On June 13th i again wrote to ask why i had not had a reply. On June 14th I had the same standard reply that someone would come back to me as soon as possible. I'm still waiting.
