Great locations with limited time to enjoy! Not planned well!! Tour stated that it would leave no later than 8:30 a.m. from the port! We wanted over 20 minutes for a few missing guests! Salisbury is a beautiful Cathedral! We had 27 minutes to walk 7 minutes each way leaving us 13 minutes! No time since most guests had to use the toilets! Stonehenge was amazing and it was supposed to be 2 hours however we were running late so it was 1:45 minutes! Unfortunately the line to catch the shuttle was 25 minutes each way plus the 10 minute rides each way! Could not follow the free audio tour! Concern was getting back to the bus because of the long lines. Windsor Castle is amazing! Again we were running late and the parking is about 1/2-3/4 mile! Service from the guide was poor and he had communication issues! Multiple times he said he would meet at a location and was somewhere else!! Constantly apologized! The group had issues keeping up with him and he didn’t really care! No help loading the luggage into the bay on the bus! If you have any limited mobility or trouble climbing steps don’t book this tour! First time I did not tip on a tour except for the driver.

The guide was very knowledgeable and gave the group interesting information and made sure we all knew how long we had at each site and where to get back on the coach.

This tour operator, guide (Lorainne) and driver were by far one of the best that we encountered during our 18 day visit through the British Isles. They were very thorough and informative as they guided us through our day. We certainly could not have gotten a better guide or newer/cleaner bus! I would highly recommend them to anyone considering doing this tour after their cruise on the way to London.

Our guide Kirsten was terrific, shared interesting information. Had good stories to go along with the journey. Plenty of time at each stop. Appreciate the organization of the dedicated drop offs. Nice coach/bus too. Cool driver, we would chat with him waiting to get back on for next destination. Neat guy. Good value with them providing the admittance costs, and sure saved time.

The Good - We were picked up at the cruise terminal and dropped off at our hotel. The Bad - Everything else! The Tour left late from the terminal because the bus didn't arrive on time. Tour guide was not from the UK and his accent was difficult to understand. His commentary was out of a book and not very interesting. Salisbury was a waste of time. Stopped only to take a pic of the church from the outside. Time is Salisbury should have been spent at Stonehenge. Arrived in Stonehenge to find it was crazy crowded. Extremely long wait for the bus to take you from the Visitors Center to the site. Once you arrived at the site, it was time to leave because of the long lines for the bus to bring you back to the Visitors Center. Needed much more time to enjoy Stonehenge properly. The Tour Guide gave the lame excuse saying, "I've never seen it this crowded!". Not even enough time to listen the the audio tour that was recommended by the Tour Guide. Next to Windsor Castle. Long walk from the bus to the Castle. Not enough time left on the tour to explore and enjoy the Castle. I had to rush through every part of the Castle to be able to get back to the bus on time. Tour Guide left the tour at the Castle and did not return with the bus. Then the bus made an unexpected stop at Heathrow Airport. The bus was supposed to go directly to London to do hotel dropoffs. The driver said that the home office made a mistake in scheduling. This added another 45 minutes to the ride home. When we got into London, we were moved from our original bus to a van to take us to our hotel. This Tour was not worth it!!! They should never have gone to Salisbury. It's possible that the extra time created by bypassing Salisbury would have given us sufficient time to explore Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. Also a proper Tour Guide would have been nice.

Great way to travel from the cruise port to London. Time at each stop was good (other than the travelers who were late 😖). Our driver and guide did a great job!

Stonehenge was too busy. We had to stand in line for the shuttle to go for about 40 min and again to return for another 30 min

This was a hit. I highly recommed this if you are transfering from Southampton to London. Our tour guide Mike was the best. He was very knowlegable and really enjoyed talking about all the sites that were on the tour. The ride to the hotel went well. Paul was a great driver navigateing the bus through London. Mike made sure and helped everyone make to the hotel lobbys. 1st class operation. The prepared Baguette lunch was superb! Thanks for the memorable time spent (Stonehenge, Salisbury & Windsor)

Our tour was not well time managed, we only had an hour at Stonehenge and stood in line for 45 minutes but then waited for people to return. Even less time at Windsor and more time spent coordinating luggage from large coach to smaller vans over an hour. The tickets to enter were not distributed so we had to stay with group and could not move at our pace vs. older and disabled large crowd we continued to have to wait for. Not worth the $500 my husband and I paid to see these places. In the end, we saw them but were rushed due to incompetent planning and coordination that leaned to the slowest of the group. Everyone on the coach was coughing into their hands and not staying in the same seats. Not managed well.
