A small delay of even 5 minutes could set the tour back 20 to 30 minutes. Please plan to arrive at the meeting point AT LEAST 15 to 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Once the guide departs we cannot guarantee late arrivals will be able to join the tour. This also applies to the meet-up for the ferry from Liberty Island to Ellis Island..
If you are lost and require assistance finding the meeting point please call the number listed on this voucher as early as possible for assistance. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE DIRECTIONS FROM PEOPLE ON THE STREET.
Our guide is our only representative at the medeting point. If you arrive and cant find the guide you must contact us directly for assistance. We are not responsible for information provide by other parties.

In the unlikely event that a tour must be cancelled due to weather we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option to re-book for another day or receive a full refund. Re-booking is done on a first come, first served basis and is based on availability.
Based on availability guests may be able to re-book to another tour on another date. The ferry tickets that we purchase for your visit are non-refundable and space is limited therefore a rebooking fee will be applied.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for missing the tour.
There is a good amount of walking on this tour. There are opportunities to sit but guests should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

We had some nice pictures. I wished I could get into the top. But need prior reservation. We had no rain but a little clouded day.

The history of Chelsea market and the high line were so cool to learn from our amazing tour guide Maki. There is still so much to see and explore and I have to come back.

Seeing the Statue of Liberty with my grandchildren was exciting and memorable as the ferry nears the statue. Our tour guide Jeff was friendly and really seemed to get the best views and suggestions for a good experience. The boat was crowded so we had to make sure to stick together, but being on Ellis Island made the history come alive.
