We left late, after the sun was setting. We headed away from the sun so there was sunset backdrop. The boat was closed up and had dirty windows so any photos taken would have had dirty window marks showing up. The staff were less than happy to be running the cruise. We also had an extremely high tide which meant we headed away from the city into Melbourne suburbia with no lights which made for an extremely boring cruise - very difficult to keep kids amused on a boat for 90 minutes with nothing but darkness to look at. I would have preferred to have had the cruise cancelled if they couldn’t fulfil the service offer.
