Tour male tour guide was very loud but Stephanie was a pleasure. The food was ok but the beer was overpriced. The ferry ride was very rough due to high winds

Marketplaces showed true culture of Marocco and panoramic views were amazing. Lunch gave experience to try local food.

Our experience with this trip was awful Our guide was Ali. He was very rude and very impatient. He didn’t want to wait for us while the group was shopping so half of our group got even lost because he was rushing through the alley ways. When challenged he was confrontational. Overall a very bad experience with the guide.

We cycled across Andulusia. We rode into town with an open day . We decided to go to North Africa. This tour worked perfectly for us. The price was reasonable and by doing the tour we had transportation and saw the major sites without having to do any planning . Using the web and FRS made it come together for us . We didn't get in depth but that will be another trip . Thank you . Ed

The trip was canceled due to a ferry break. The customer support on a phone was nice, but they couldn't help us much to reschedule our activity for that day and find a way to get to Marocco. The local company, FRS, did not communicate well with us that there was a ferry boat we could take on our own and return back later. We were really disappointed.

This was a delightful day in Tangier. Our only complaint was that our instructions said to be at the meeting point(Maritime Station)at 11, but when we arrived at 11, the ferry operators were very frustrated with us and we had to run to make it aboard. Perhaps you can tell your guests to arrive 30 minutes earlier. Otherwise, a wonderful bus and great tour.

We took this 'cultural" trip on April 18, 2024. It was a total rip-off 1) The host or hostess at the Tarifa port is just to count you. They are not your guides. The guide is in Tangier. 2) Ferry Ride back n forth was good and comfortable 3) Tour bus was good That is where it all stopped. 1) We booked the 'English' tour but it was not. It was English+German+French+Italian+Spainish rolled into one. No one could understand anything. 2) 1st stop was some random spot where there were these guys waiting for your money by selling cheap souvenirs. Felt like an assault. 3) Then driving through more random spots. No culture so far. 4) Guide - totally useless 5) If you get down, be ready for sellers to descend on you. Not a moment of peace. 6) Lunch was so-so. Almost everyone's plate was 1/2 full when completed 7) Then to the bazaar and more sellers. The guide took us to a few shops. The 'pharmacy' shop is a total SCAM. DONOT BUY ANYTHING. We did not see any Kasbah, Souk, Palace, etc. that is on the brochure. Just lots of walking in tiny streets, assault by sellers everywhere. 8) Brochure is totally misleading Same experience of fellow bus travelers.

Great tour, nice sample of Tangier, fully escorted tour with lots of information. For someone who might be nervous about Morocco this is a good easy intro. FRS made getting on the ferry easy, Stephanie made everything very clear. All great.

The ferry ride was quite good, with free water provided, but the guide was a little bit chaotic. He spoke 5 languages at once, luckily we understood two of them. But if you understand only English, you get less facts / stories. Also, despite all the jokes, I would be very disappointed if I spoke only German, as he spoke very little in it, even though it was listed as one of the tour languages. It was a standup comedy show rather than a cultural experience. After driving for a while and some stops later, we stoped to walk by the Kasbah, which eventually led us into the Medina. After some time we stopped for lunch, which was delicious, but the courses had little time in between them. As we continued walking after lunch, we got led into some shops. At the end we had actual free time to walk around and do some shopping on our own. Despite the hurry, it was an interesting experience overall. However, at the end it was disappointing to see the attitude of the company when one of our group members didn’t show exactly on time before leaving (and we actually left some 2 minutes earlier). When we asked to wait for her, the guide answered that it’s not their problem and that she could actually stay in Tangier, as she has her passport and catch the next ferry. We asked also to call her as they collected all the phone numbers upon registration. However, they didn’t call her, as we found out later :( so, you might actually want to ask for the guide’s phone number before being left alone in a city that you’re visiting for the first time.

Start to finish, the entire FRS staff was incredible. My 21-year-old daughter needed wheelchair assistance, and everyone went above and beyond to accommodate her. Special shout-out to Patricia who did most of the wheelchair pushing and ensured we didn’t get lost when we were slower than the group and became separated. It was only a few hours, but Patricia felt like family by the end of the day, and we missed her the moment we gave our goodbye hugs. As for the tour itself, the ferry ride was a bit rough for me. I discovered I get seasick. And while the street vendors in Tangier were really aggressive, even they were kind and helpful with the wheelchair and directions through the city. The food at lunch was delicious, and the waitstaff were amazing. The overall experience was more than we could have expected, and I’m so glad we booked this adventure while on vacation in Spain.
