The driver from LHR to Gloucester Green took 2 cigarette breaks. He actually pulled into a stop, got out, had half a cigarette and then started back on the journey. And then he did it again at Thornhill Park and Ride. This service used to be good before they added the pointless stops (Lewknor and High Wycombe), took local passengers, and reduced the schedule. The LHR-OXF drive is 60 minutes; the bus is now 100+ minutes. What happened? If there are 2+ travelers, you are much better off getting a taxi.

Two people were refused boarding. One because she had the wrong credit card and one because although she had booked, she had been unable to get through to confirm her ticket. It is sad that people’s first experience of Britain is this bad. I apologise to our foreign guests for this treatment.

This is a great way to travel n the U.K.. Fast, efficient and friendly. The coach from Oxford to London, Heathrow was not at all crowded and the was clean and comfortable. They do require that you wear your seatbelt to ensure your safety. They also offer free wifi for the ride. Although my phone said connected, I could not use the internet. No USB ports available for charging.

The first two bus drivers we tried to speak with saw our reservation was made through viator and refused to talk to us. The third bus driver looked at our reservation and said, 'That will work, get in.' He then saw we had four large suitcases and he got angry and said, 'This is going to take all day.' We love viator but will NEVER travel with Airport Coach Service again!

The driver was so rude and impatient with all customers, makes me wonder why he wants to be a bus driver! What a great way to introduce foreign travellers to our country. Did NOT speak clearly and was just super rude

We took the bus from Heathrow to Oxford. We made it to our destination safely, so three stars, but I cannot express how absurdly rude our driver was. He told us he would not get our bags off the bus and then stomped his foot (literally) when he had to move a bag to get to ours. He behaved like a toddler and was as rude as anyone we have encountered. It would have been a bummer but he was so rude and childish, it actually provided good entertainment value. With multiple companies to choose from, I wouldn’t make this choice again.

I had a business meeting at Oxford University and I just stayed two nights there. Due to my busy schedule I needed an uncomplicated and quick way to get from and to Heathrow Airport. I was very satisfied with the bus service of The Airline. Easy to find and uncomplicated at Heathrow and also in Oxford it was easy to find the bus stop in High Street. The only thing that one have to be aware of that the timetable at High Street says every 30 Minutes at 00/30 Minutes every hour, which was not the case. It was here at 9:40am and I stood 15 Minutes in the rain, waiting. Maybe it goes from the bus central station every 00/30 Minutes every hour? Anyway, it was not clear to me.

We got to the Heathrow bus stand with approximately 7 minutes to spare just to see the bus pull away AHEAD of schedule. With 30 minutes between departures this was a great annoyance. The next bus loaded likewise departed roughly 5 minutes early. To a tourist The multiple stops within Oxford makes no sense for a long distance bus.

Have to say I was very disappointed in the bus service from Heathrow to Oxford. I travelled all the way to Heathrow for the day to see family and when thinking of heading back to Oxford and I had to wait 1.5hrs at the Compass Centre bus stop with no rail air buses passing through, even though there were 3 supposed times it should have arrived. In the end we had to get to terminal 5 and catch the bus there only to arrive in Oxford very late and extremely exhausted from the wait. Initially I was very much happy to take the airline to Heathrow as previously I have not had any issues, however, in the future I may consider the train and/or other transport options.
