This was a fun, highly informative, interesting, and ideal activity for my last evening in Paris. The Champagnes were well-chosen to illustrate their differences. Our instructor was extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about Champagnes. I highly recommend this activity!

I highly recommend the Champagne and Cheese experience. Our host, Bastien, was highly knowledgeable and entertaining. We tasted five champagnes and learned to taste the differences between each one. We also learned a lot about the history of champagne and the region. The cheese pairing for each champagne was a nice touch. I also learned the correct way to open champagne and was able to practice on a bottle. I definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking to learn a little more about champagne in a fun and relaxing environment.

This champagne experience was magnifique! Bastien was extremely knowledgeable and he did a great job of explaining all aspects of champagne. We finished the experience so thrilled about what we learned and how we spent some of our short time in Paris. It was worth every minute! We chose this tour because we didn't want to spend the whole day on a tour in the champagne region outside of the city but this was a great alternative. This was one of the most fun things we did on our trip. We learned so much about champagne but also enjoyed drinking it! One of the owners of the company was our host and he was so nice and makes it the best experience! They don't have a lot of reviews because they are a new company but don't let that deter you!

This was a marvellous experience all around! The quality of the champagne was absolutely top notch, Romain is a fantastic and engaging speaker (in both English and French!) and he had so much knowledge that he was excited to share. I loved the small and intimate format of the tasting as that enabled us to really take our time to enjoy the champagnes and the cheeses. The portions were generous as well, which was really enjoyable. I really enjoyed this opportunity to taste champagnes from many small champagne producers that I was not familiar with - I have not found experiences like this at home in Canada. This tasting was held in a beautifully appointed restaurant, which really added to the experience. I would absolutely do this tasting again when I'm back in Paris. Merci Romain!

I just got back from my Fines Bulles experience and I can sincerely only recommend it! Whether you’re already passionate about Champagne or you just want to learn more about this beautiful product, Bastien is your guy! We had a wonderful moment there with my friends, getting new knowledge about the technical processes that go into the making of Champagne as much as tips to better taste the amazing drink! Last but not least, it was our first time tasting French cheeses and it’s going to be tough going back to our American ones! Don’t hesitate going there if you’ve got a few days to spend in Paris!

This was such a great experience! First you get to learn about the history and process of making champagne in a small group setting-there were only 5 of us. And then cheese and champagne and bread were brought out and we tasted 5 champagnes one by one and were really focusing on the taste and smells each one gave us. He did a great job of making everyone included no matter what level of previous knowledge you have. He also paired the champagne and cheese.

This champagne tasting with Romain was honestly one of the highlights of my trip to Paris! It was delicious and informative, with Romain being patient with all of my (many) questions. He was very friendly, funny and welcoming, and by the end of the afternoon I felt like I had spent the day with a close friend! Romain also gave some great restaurant recommendations, which were a bonus! I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Paris and looking for a memorable and delicious experience!

Last Friday (April 5) my girlfriend and I had the opportunity to take a champagne masterclass from Romain. In my opinion, the word tasting doesn't quite do justice to the experience. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by Romain, and the atmosphere immediately felt familiar and cozy, as if we were back at school, but more fun. Romain shared his extensive knowledge about champagne, from production to origin and everything surrounding it. We quickly realized how little we actually knew and were invited to ask any questions we had. He must have regretted that a bit :) The questions kept coming, but Romain took all his time and answered everything we wanted to know. For us it was a nice combination of an interactive/informative session combined with tasting a few top dishes that were accompanied by a board with some particularly tasty cheeses. An unexpected highlight of the tasting was definitely the sabering. Learned something again! And actually quite simple, but very fun to do/see. In addition to the tasting, we were given a few top tips for other locations (and these have been put to good use). For us, this experience was a kickstart for the rest of the weekend. In other words, this is absolutely recommended! When in doubt, definitely do it. Romain and Sebastien, thanks again for everything! We enjoyed.
