If you expect a relaxed Thames cruise to explore London from the water, don‘t take the Uber boat. This is a commuter vessel and there is a lot of in and out. It‘s noisy and the only opportunity to sit outside is in the back on top of the smelly engine. In addition you have to count in waiting times of up to an hour at the piers, if it‘s a busy day.

We had a day pass with concessions. A bargain. Great boats. However ..... the timetable is a nightmare & that would be fine if it were not for the staff. 50% are incompetent & a lot seem to be doing nothing & are irritated when you interrupt there conversation with friends. We were repeatedly misinformed about the timetable. This is a company wasting money. Hopefully, things will improve. A great potential resource.

My wife and I had an impromptu trip on the uber boat as the district line was down. It was great fun and get to see london from a different perspective. However, we experienced some rude staff raising thier voices at passengers trying to hurry people along because they were running late. Surely safety should come first. Trying to get people on and off as fast as possible, accelerating fast when people who weren't steady on their feet were still trying to find a seat. Quite disappointing.

Buen paseo en un barco con cafetería y asientos cómodos. Como todo en Londres,algo caro. Pero más económico que un crucero. Unas vistas diferentes desde el Tamesis. No vayas con prisa, es algo distinto.

El transporte funciona muy mal. No son puntuales casi nunca. O llegan tardísimo (1h llegamos a esperar porque se saltan servicios), o llegan antes y no esperan a salir a su hora. Así es imposible cuadrar viajes y sitios. No son nada serios ni profesionales. Hay gente en el barco (los mayores) muy maja, pero algunos jóvenes se creen los capitanes y tratan como ganado. No es un buen servicio en general. Lo tuvimos que coger porque habíamos huelga y nuestra estación cerraba. Pero no es nada recomendable el Uber Boats. Encima más caro que el general.

Die Scheiben des Bootes waren so schmutzig, dass man die beschriebenen Dinge nicht erkennen konnte. Der Reiseführer sprach ohne Luft zu holen. Wenn das Boot schnell fuhr war die so laut, das man nichts verstehen konnte
